Just hello Empty Just hello

I have been reading on this forum for several days now, it's time I get with the program. In the past I have been on several diets but only some of the weight loss stuck with me. The last I did was the Dukan diet. It worked pretty good for a while but then I could not stand just veggie and protein any longer. My slip ups got worse and worse as time moved on. I am ready for something new.
The day I started reading here is the day I started this diet. This is day five for me. I lost a little over 4 pound already. Only about 25 more to go. I don't expect this to be done in a few weeks but by the end of the summer would be nice.
I am only human and know there will be times where I might mess up but as long as the general direction is weight loss I am ok with it.
