My 1st day! Empty My 1st day!

I am 40 years old

5' 7"

230 lbs currently. I once weighed 339. My lowest before my kids were born was 140.

I would like to weigh 140 again.

For breakfast I took my vitamins. Am still nursing my coffee. I have (2) splendas in it and 3 tbs. of skim milk. I cannot drink it black, I gag.

Lunch I have had a banana. (I need the potassium for work. I run around and if I don't, my legs will cramp up) and it is filling and ate it in 5 normal bites. Smile

Dinner I will have Chicken breast and some fruit. I have also already had about 32 ounces of water. I really want to do this. I did this 5-bite before and it works well! Helped me lose 60 lbs. before. With summer on its way, I want to take my kids to a water park and not be embarrassed. Sad

Thanks! Its going okay. I am hungry! I am planning on Salmon for dinner. May be a bit more then 5 bites tho. I ran around all day, felt a bit woozy. I think I may make this my 15 bites a day diet. I work in construction/engineering. Drinking plenty of water! Smile
