3rd Day I am STRONG and i WILL NOT fail!!
Day three going GREAT!!! Cant wait to see the scale in the morning!
B: 5bites cottage cheese and almonds with honey
L: 5bites cereal
D: planning 5bites chicken quesadilla homemade with chicken, black beans, onions, and peppers so delicious my mouth is watering waiting for 6pm to come!!

SO PISSED AT MYSELF!!!! I do so well during the day until I get home made chicken and black bean quesadillas which is healthy but ate a whole one and didn't stop after 5 bites

Well even though u failed last night I woke up to a 0.8 loss putting me at 2.6 loss in 4 days. I'm determined and will not fail!! Im removing my breakfast of 5 bites and going to keep aiming for 5 bites lunch and dinner!!

I did 5 bites pizza rolls (1 per bite)
and skipped breakfast this morning and was actually not as hungry when lunchtime came!!! Also added some Just Dance one the Wii and did that for an hour, not sure what I burned but I hadn't eaten anything yet and worked out to help me to stop thinking about what's in the fridge and it helped a TON!! I'm making some boiled eggs tonight for tomorrow and hoping for a big loss!!

Yeah dinner has been my worst enemy but tonight I will conquer!!! Just so hard to only have 5 bites at dinner without explaining myself

Good morning! Have you tried using a saucer instead of plate? Also, I only put five bites on my plate. The other day I drunk a glass of tea before my bites. It really helped with the full feeling. But if you are sitting down. If you have a saucer with your bites and a glass of beverage that you can drink slowly before or after your bites, the amount of bites seems less obvious. Mainly because you are still spending a lot of time at the table. I have been eating slower bites with a minute in between and that makes my bite deficit less noticeable as well. And if asked, you can always say you had a full lunch earlier= a full five bite lunch is full.
Or you can expand your bite count during dinner if sticking to 5 bites is too hard. It's better to adjust your plan than to continually break plan and then have the guilt and stress that comes which may open the door to falling off plan altogether.

I think I'm going to buy a snickers bar just for size reference I dont like them but it would be a good way to kno how much I'm actually supposed to eat because I like to measure what to eat then take smaller little bites, helps me feel like I ate more

I just had 2 bites of a snickers with my lunch and I KNOW I could never eat only snickers for a meal. I surely would not be able to do it for a duration. I love snickers. But I felt like it was an indulgence and not the FUEL my body needs. Which is a major breakthrough for me because I (used to) live off of sweets. Give me a cookie over meat and potatoes any day. So I learned a lot from those 2 bites and am still on track for a POP day.

I never used to drink coffee either. Lol. I love my pearly whites too much.
but I will get a straw to make this work.
Have you read the book yet? I can't believe how Amazon has jacked up the prices. I wonder what the rate of weight loss is for this diet. Do you know?

I was on another website today and saw a few peoples results- one girl lost 67 pounds in 3 months-one lost 31 pounds in a month. Another one lost lost 32 pounds in about 42 days. All these stories inspired me. I refuse to go over my 5 bites! I need to stay strong and know that I can and will do this! Who's with me? :-)
