Complete FAIL!!! Empty Complete FAIL!!!

So I pretty much gave up and didn't do this at all starting Thursday of last week, even after losing 3 lbs. I got a migraine each day so I decided to not do 5 Bites because I thought "maybe my headaches are so frequent because I'm not eating enough." Well I am happy (in a weird way) to say that Nope, that is not the reason. I know this because I completely pigged out all weekend and had a migraine Friday, Saturday and Sunday, so clearly the 5 bite diet is not the issue. It's just me. So I am starting again but I am going to add fruit to snack on. I know this isn't recommended and will probably slow my weight loss down, but honestly, I don't care. It will keep me sane.

Breakfast - 5 Bites of Granola Bar (Protein bar with peanuts and dark chocolate)
Snack - 1/2 Cup of berries
Lunch - 5 Bites of Chicken Enchilada TV Dinner
Snack - 1/2 Cup of berries
Dinner - 5 Bites of Spaghetti

I'll keep everyone (if anyone is reading my journal) on my weight loss results especially since I'm adding breakfast and fruit for snack.

I guess we could call this Melissa's Modified 5-Bite Det

Hey - anything less than what you WERE eating is better for sure. Don't be too hard on yourself!

sounds like your paying attention to what you eat and how much, that's awesome.  Smile  and your here telling us,and we're here cheering you on! keep going, we all have those times, we all give ourselves "free days" don't be hard on yourself, it's ok. the horse is here waiting for you to jump back on, and we're here to boost you up :-) stay in contact on here, we are here for you, and definitely listening! Very Happy

Hope your restart goes well. Last week I did 2 meals of 7/8 bites each, I felt it would stop me binging. So I think if u find what works and it still has a calorie deficit you'll be grand!

Predicted Snack - 1/2 Cup of Blueberries
Predicted Dinner - 5 bites of McDonald's Cheeseburger
