I started yesterday with the 5bd but I didn't weigh myself until today so...
my CW is 215
my short term GW is 180
Hopefull I will reach my short term goal by my 26th birthday!! Wish me luck!!

Welcome, welcome! Cool, we're the same age (my 26th isn't until Dec, though)! I'm so excited for you... if you stick to the plan, you'll definitely look fab in Miami by your birthday!

Im back!! And I am happy to say I lost 1.5lbs!!!
This is the end of day three and im excited to see tomorrow!

Today I had 5 bites of pot pie for lunch
and 6 bites of salad for dinner! (I figured 6 bites of that wouldn't hurt) 1 bite of a protein bar ( slim fast cookie dough)
Yesterday I had 5 bites of ruben sandwich for lunch and 5 bites of pot pie for dinner

I also drank lots of water today and yesterday I had some diet pepsi

I just want to let everyone know I woke up this morning and I weighed myself and it said 210!!!!
Yes 210!!! Thats 3.5lbs overnight! I don't know what happen!

1 protein bar in between
water and tea

And I also take the multivitamins every day

I have heard no- a bite is a bite is a bite. But obviously you wouldn't want to stuff your mouth with each bite either.

I think I read somewhere that it doesn't matter, and that eventually you won't be so aware of the size of your bites and you'll unconsciously start to take the size bites that are natural to you. I hope that makes sense, lol.
