Girl I don't know how you live of 5 bites all day. I am constantly hungry. I drink tons of water and coffee but I could eat a house. I made some cauliflower for when I need more then my 3x5.

So what's your secret? Please tell me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just can't imagine doing that!

5 bites to freedom last week I lost 12.4 pnds and a couple of weeks back I lost 15 pounds in 5 days. I never could imagine doing 5x2 either and losing this irs a amazing diet and I love it! bounce

Daani it's not easy at first but you get use to it I still struggle mentally here an there I believe success on this diet is 90% mental and 10% food because with out the mind set this diet won't work.

Yea that head in the game is not easy always. I do good when I am busy and/or there is people or my family around. I am alone a lot since my husband has to travel from his job a lot and my son is grown and not always home even though he lives at home still. Which I am of course very happy about - he is the baby. Anyway, alone time is not always good for me and I get sad and/or frustrated in the evening and then I eat. I realize I am old enough to know better, but sadness and frustration has no age limit.

Sorry for complaining, but it feels good to finally write it down.

Wednesday I sucked with my eating - I don't even want to get into detail. Picture the average refrigerator content and me alone.

So far today I have been good. 5 bites of cooked chicken with raw onion and some mayo.

I actually wanted to make the first reply short and then I don't know what got into me and it just all came out.

Anyway, what I wanted to say is that admire you. I am sure you have your share of problems and struggles and still you are doing so great. That is amazing. I take my hat off to you.

Thanks Daani I really needed to read this this has been such a horrible week I'm so glad it's almost gone this has been the hardest this week in my whole months of 5 biting but Im nor Gina give up with it I just have to put this week behind me I wanted to do just 5x1 but I just couldn't this week so I've had my 5x2 a sign bf that made me feel worse because I couldn't stick to my plans but I've have to stop feeling that way next wk is a new week Smile

It's ok Daani to vent on my page irs better to put it out some were. Ihave family around all the time I have there young children ages 10,8,3 and I still feel lonelyasst times when there around because my problems are adult problems and I can't bring them to the kids and I think of food when I'm feeling lonely and stressed.so you can vent on my page anytime no problem Very Happy
