I am on my 7th day currently. I have lost 8.6 pounds thus far. I truly like the 5bd because it is something that I can actually follow. I have tried so many other weight loss programs and diets and kept off weight lost before. I used to be vegan, simply for health reasons and lost about 15 pounds the first month I started. After a few years, my weight started creeping up. I turned back slowly adding dairy and meat within the past few months. I saw info about the 5bd and figured it is worth a try. I will admit there were 2 days where I went over my five bites for lunch or dinner So happy with my progress. I am 5'9 1/2" and currently weigh 170.2. My first goal is 150 and my second is at my lowest BMI. Any positive suggestions would be awesome. I always love to hear other people's progress
