I have been on the five bite diet for 23 days. I lost 12.5 pounds the first week, but I have only lost a pound since. I am very frustrated. Does anyone have any answers.

I totally blew it this weekend. Between the frustration at not losing weight, a family dinner, and a birthday weekend at the lake, I ate everything in sight. I gained two pounds, but now I am back on track. I have a new attitude today! I WILL GET THIS LAST 20 LBS OFF!

U will lose it but stay on plan. Ur body has to re-adjust after such a huge and quick loss. During those times just be determined to stay on plan. Don't forget to pre-set extended bites for special events. Then u have the space and perimeter to eat a bit more but not just a free for all. It also prevents the guilt and increased probability of overeating that comes with the guilt. U got this!!

Back on the diet again! I am hoping for better results after a month of a one pound weight loss.
I did Week 5 Day 1 of couch to 5k this morning.

Today's weight: 136
Lunch: 6 bites of enchilada
Dinner: 8 bite of grilled chicken salad
I have been hungry lately. I think I have eaten more because of my exercise and the weekend of indulgence. I don't think the extra bites hurt me too much.
Exercise yesterday: Week 5 day 1 of Couch to 5K and 100 minutes of walking on my treadmill
Yesterday's weight: 137
Today's weight: 136
Lunch: 6 bites of enchilada
Dinner: 8 bite of grilled chicken salad

I think that having few carbs helped with my weight loss.
I love that you can buy a salad or entrée and stretch it out for three (or four) meals.
