Working Out
Is anyone doing any type of exercise? I am trying to lose the my last twenty pounds and I don't think it will come off without exercise as well as 5 biting.

I plan to workout with mine, low impact though.
Currently going to do PIYO a mix of pilates and yoga.. ill let you know how it works out with doing the 5 bites

I plan on working out in the morning after my first 3 days of the 5bd are done. I'd like to adjust to this new way of living first. I'll probably take up walking combined with lifting light weights daily. I love working out!
@annem80 - what is your review on the PLYO workouts? I have it but I have yet to try it. I'd love to hear your thoughts on it.

I plan to work out when my diet get finished for now I try to lose weight with some diet

I workout 3-5 times per week. Mostly cardio.
