Friday Check In! I’m down 2.5 in ONE Day!
TGIF!
Dropped 2.5 in one day y’all and I am not hungry, in fact I feel like my body is humming right now. Energy levels are WAY up! Motivation too!
Wt on 10/3 -187.6
Wt on 10/4 -185.02
10/3 Bites:
Lunch at 1pm - 6 bites egg cups
Dinner at 7pm- 7 bites chicken broccoli Alfredo (no pasta)
Snack at 4pm - 1 serving spicy peanuts (170 cals)
Drink - Turmeric ginger tea w 1 tbsp ACV, 1/2 teaspoon Manuka honey, cinnamon
Cheers to the weekend and sticking to my bites!
