One Week Thanksgiving Challenge
Let’s see what I can trim down one week to Thanksgiving 2020! I’ve been feeling so round and bloated need some relief!
SW- 201.96
GW- 190??? Maybe upper 180s!
2 cups unsweetened green tea
Meal 1- 5 bites tuna salad

Back for More!
One week to Thanksgiving!
So, I'll be frank, I won't be sticking to a strict 5 bite diet. I will be including a healthy snack in between two 5 bite meals and any "cheats" will only be 3 bites. So here goes!

5 bites seafood salad on baguette crisps
Cheat - 3 bites red velvet cheesecake (the holiday parties at work have already started, eek!)
Healthy Snack - Honeycrisp apple slices with peanut butter
5 bites pork and vegetable gyoza with spicy mayo

5 bites tuna salad with pepperidge farm harvest wheat crackers
Cheat - 3 bites strawberry shortcake (co-worker's birthday today!)
Healthy snack - 1/4 cup macadamia nuts and 2 clementines
10 bites tilapia and arugula salad with blue cheese
Healthy snack - grapes
So definitely ate a bit over today but still better choices and counted bites!

Cheat - 2 mini bite sized ghiradelli caramel squares
1 cup Kirkland Matcha green tea unsweetened
1 cup Yogi Mango Ginger tea unsweetened
1 can Bubly Bounce Caffeinated sparkling water
5 bites pork and veggie gyoza
Healthy snack - pink lady apple slices with peanut butter, 2 dried mango slices, small bowl of great grains banana nut crunch cereal w whole milk

Cheat - 2 mini bite sized ghiradelli caramel squares
1 cup Kirkland Matcha green tea unsweetened
1 cup Yogi Mango Ginger tea unsweetened

BIG overeat yesterday, but still significantly smaller amounts I ate. Going to a Friendsgiving today so counting today as a cheat. Whatever I put on my plate, I will have 3 bites of each food, and planning to have at most 4 drinks! This will be only meal for today. Fingers crossed for another loss tomorrow morning!

1 cup Kirkland Matcha Green tea unsweetened
25 ounces h2o - need to up my water intake!
15 bites lamp chop, sauteed cabbage, baked sweet potato
3 cups Hennessey with cranberry juice - went to the Chapelle Show tonight

ugw: 130 lbs
Overate my bites, but back at it today.

Holiday Season Bites

I'm back! Did not get down to under 200 for Thanksgiving but have been at at steady weight since last week. I think that counting my bites and keeping them low will really help push me through this holiday season without any regrettable binges. I will continue to NOT count bites when eating my healthy snacks as that helps me check back in with my hunger stat for my mindful eating habits. Also, more WATER!
6 bites wonton soup - did not count sips of broth, only the two bites per wonton.
healthy snack - 1 serving Great Grains Banana Nut Crunch cereal with blueberries and Horizon Organic milk
10 bites thanksgiving leftovers - cornbread dressing, mac and cheese, turkey, candied yams, homemade cranberry sauce
1 cup Hisbiscus superflower tea - pineapple lychee flavor
