Hello everyone!

Stats
Starting weight: 63,4kg / 139,7lbs
Goal weight: 49kg / 109lbs
Height: 162cm / 5,3ft
Age: 20

DAY 1
Lunch: Sandwich, 5 bites
Dinner: Rest of the sandwich, 5 bites

DAY 2
Lunch: Pizza, 5 bites
Dinner: Chocolate bar, 5 bites

DAY 3
Lunch: Chocolate bar, 5 bites
and for dinner I'm guessing it's gonna be..
Dinner: Pizza, 5 bites

I'm currently on my third day.
It has been great so far. I actually started to like hunger today. And I almost could not finish the 5th bite, because I was starting to feel too FULL. Awesome!

And by the way, I went on the scale today and I weigh 132,5lbs/60,1kg which means I've lost 3,3kg/7,3lbs.

Thanks guys!

So Day 4 has started, yay I made it past the first three.

Todays menu
Lunch: Snickers (I wanted to try the snickers thing)
Dinner: Pizza again (I made a mistake because the pizza is huge and I estimated it's gonna last me over a week)

I weighed myself again today, but I'm still 60,1kg. Well I didn't expect to lose anything, so it's nice it's the same.

Honestly I'm hungry right now, but I have accustomed to it so it doesn't annoy me that much. I'm a little tired and I get these rebellious "I'll eat everything I don't care" tamtrums for a couple of minutes at a time, but I'm not worried to act on them.

I'm not less hungry now than I was on the first day, but you just kinda get used to it. I hope when I pass the 14th day mark, this will get more easier. Life is pretty manageable, but I'm not on top of my game.

All in all, it's going pretty nicely. And I'm gonna keep going.

Forgot to add some nice trivia about these past three days:
* I can now smell food from a looong distance, I don't know if I like it or not
* I'm a masochist so I have watched lots of recipe videos on youtube, it kinda soothes me in some way
* Because of the recipe videos, I have added lots of meals to my cooking-queue, only problem being that if I for example make Mac and Cheese (I'm not American, but I always wanted to try this, because everyone in the USA seems to love it) it's gonna last me for a week by this rate.. I live alone and don't have any "dinnerfriends"
* I realized how many drinking nights I have in the near future.. Today's the first, but I told my friend that I'm gonna be sober tonight. Don't wanna waste all my hard work this early.. Next Wednesday we celebrate Walpurgis Night here in Finland, and man can we drink here. Then on the weekend I have birthday party to attend to, and in short, I have a party for every weekend for the next two-three months.. Hard to be twenty.

I know it is hard during those tantrums I get them too. I bought some calorie free mint gum as well drinking calorie free chicken bouillon and it helps. It tricks my body into thinking it's eating and calms the tantrums.

Thanks guys again, and thanks Jenny for your tips. I'll try to find some bouillon today.

The weekend is over, and this is my sixth (?) day. I weighed myself today and I have lost 0.2kg/0.44 pounds.
To be honest, the weekend didn't go perfectly. I ate three snickers on Friday, because I was about to faint. It was weird. Other than that, this has become much easier. I am excited to now weigh less than 60kg (59.9kg Very Happy). I want to celebrate with some new clothes, but I think I'll save that for a little later because I'm going to be even smaller soon.

I currently weigh 135,4 lbs. I weigh 2,4 pounds less than two days ago. So I'm back to square one, kind of. That's cool though, I haven't strayed too far. I know the pounds will slide right of my beautiful body, no worries there. I can't wait to have an immaculate physique. It's gonna be awesome!

I bought Snickers bar for lunches for the rest of the week.
I walk or bike to work, so it's nice that I can fit my lunch in my pocket Very Happy

It's good to be back here.

Lunch went well. Only 2,5 hours till dinner and I'm not hungry at all.
All I have to do is pace myself, so I don't get too obsessed with this diet. If I manage that, everything flows smoothly and the minutes/hours/days/weeks go by fast.

More snickers bars yay! Well I don't exactly like them, which is a good thing. I don't crave them, so I don't even have the slighest need to binge on them. And they are so easy to carry, 'cause they're small.

Day two lunch done. I haven't been all that hungry to be honest. And I didn't even feel the need to finish it today, which was kinda funny.
The weather is amazing and my summer vacay just started, but here I am, at work. What can I say, I love what I do.  Very Happy 

Now I weigh 134 lbs, which means I've lost a pound and a half. I can live with that Very Happy

Workout: Pullups, squats and running 3km

Dinner: Not yet, but will be the same as yesterday..

Just had dinner. Mashed potatoes and meatballs!

Now a little bit of relaxation with food porn, because I'm looking for some cooking inspiration.
I love it that I eat only 10 bites a day. It makes food so much more special, in a good way. My senses heighten, and I appreciate the act of eating so much more. I become more picky about quality. Yes, I am officially a food snob!
