My weight will probably be up tomorrow b/c of the Mexican food tonight, but who knows I might get lucky!!!!

l- 5 bites veggie patty, 5 bites fries
d- 5 bites spinach enchiladas, 5 bites tortilla chips dipped in beans & rice

I did 12 and half minutes of circuit training tonight.

I'm taking garlic and Echinacea for the candida...I think it's working because I feel like crap, but I have to get rid of this. I'm sure the alcohol is bringing the candida flare up again....so no more cocktails for me! It's going to be hard to sleep b/c of the ringing in my ears but I guess it's just too much for now.

I feel so sorry for you love.. that ringing in the ears must just drive you south.. uuugh

You are such a Bright light.. Thank you for not judging my freak out.. I am going to start working out Monday morning.. I have put it all up on the wall so I can see it.. Made a Goal chart.. Visual is a good thing for me.. If I see it.. it motivates me.. So I have set a goal of hiking this massive hill 50 times. This hill is massive no one is ever on it as it is sooooo steep.. lol.. but I want my butt back up there and this is the way to do it. That takes care of Cardio and some resistance training.. the remainder will be push ups and dips for my upper half of my body. I have waited all summer long to do this.. I hate with a passion the heat.. I hope to complete this walk buy early November.. even if I have my weight off I will complete it. Nina and I are joining the YMCA tomorrow. On days Nina is in swimming I will work out... I will also check out what is going on there. Nothing about what I am doing is hard.. step by step to strength.. Thanks again Honey.. weight: 185.8

Weight is up .4 and that is a real shock since I didn't have my cocktail last night. I prayed a lot before I went to sleep and the Lord provided me with a good night's sleep. I hope this will continue. The candida is slightly better, but I'm sure it will take some time to die down completely. I looked up the site you told me about, Debbie and that meds is just too expensive for me right now. I'll try these herbal cures and if that doesn't work I'll have to figure something else out.

I gave in last night had my cocktail...oh well!

Had to go to the dr. today for my throat...got antibiotics, sinus shot, & meds for the candida...so hopefully I'll be feeling better soon.

Oh Honey I am so sorry you are still having your sinus problems.. I really hope this works for you. The candida cleanser I ordered is covered by my medical. We are moving to New Hampshire MA come next year we think. It depends on the government. I guess it will not be covered then.. we have such amazing medical here in Canada. weight: 182.5 way down!!! We'll see if it's fluke tomorrow! But it seems like measuring a 1/2 cup for lunch Mon.-Friday and then eating 10 bites for dinner & 10 bites for lunch & dinner on Sat. & Sunday is really working for me. People at work are starting to notice.

Debbie, thank you for the prayers! With Obamacare rolling out...I would stay in Canada! I'm feeling a little better today, but I have a lot going on so it may take minute to be completely better.

With my company I will have a proper care package so that will be ok.. My B Partner and I have been asked to be on the board of a new hospital coming up .. If we say yes then its a private hospital.. no worries there.. I am not sure what Obamacare is.. I hope it is good though.

Obamacare is a nightmare that is rolling out over the next several years...insurance premiums have already tripled, patients over 75 will no longer receive cancer treatments, doctors regardless of specialty will all make the same salary which will be mandated by the government...and much, much more. There is no such thing as a public hospital here, they are all private and will be bound by all these laws.
Enjoy your Canadian healthcare while you still have it...maybe I need to come up there!

Going on a little trip for Labor Day weekend...I'm bringing a bunch of food with me. I think the key will be to have either fruit or vegetables for lunch and then have some carbs w/ dinner...that seems to be working. The room has a little fridge, but no microwave so I'll have to be creative!

You are doing soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Amazing!!!!!! Wow.. Keep it up, you are well on your way to 170's .. eeeeh So proud of you!!! That is so scary about your medical..why is this happining? I sure hope that this does not happen in Massachusetts.. I am not moving there until the government gets the paperwork in order.. we hope one year.. but we heard it can take 3.. let's hope they will work out all the problems with medical by then.. eeek Go and check out my answer to you.. The healthcare laws will effect all 50 states. You should really look into it.

weight: 183.2 up and not sure why...

Will be up tomorrow again...I had a stress eating day, but I stayed vegan!

Leaving for our little trip tomorrow after school...not sure if I will be able to post until we get back. I will try to be good and stick w/ 10 bites.

I'm back! I did remain as vegan as humanly possible and did not purposefully ingest anything that was not vegan. However, I did not 10 bite at all...I just ate like a fool. I will be back on my 10 bites tomorrow and I have already packed my steamed broccoli & carrots w/vegan cheese sauce for tomorrow's lunch.

Here are my cards for dinner Mon.-Thurs. for the remainder of my 100 days:

1 water fast
3 juice fasts
3 1/4 cup cereal w/almond milk
3 5 bites
3 10 bites

I'm folding them up on little sheets of paper and drawing one out of a plastic baggie each night (Mon.-Thurs.) doing what is says and throwing it away!

Let's see if this can shake things up a bit!!!!
