Yes Buffy, I'm just starting over... again...
I'd like to get down to 120 lbs. That was my weight 6 years ago. I can already see a difference in my body compared to what I looked like at 180 lbs, but it's not enough and it's getting harder to lose those pounds. I guess I'm not motivated enough.

Its good you keep trying and not giving up, you know theres a saying ( Nothing Beats a Failure but a Try).if you keep trying you'll get motivated again just don't give up and you'll start getting the hang of it that's why I take this day by day I never think I got this because its hard.

Thank you for your support, Buffy! I appreciate your kind words. And I just learned a new saying that I like very much. Smile 

No change in my weight since yesterday, I'm still at 136 lbs.
I guess it's due to what I ate. I had cabbage salad and tzatziki and as you know I don't count my bites because I know they're poor in calories since it's me who made them. After finishing eating, my boyfriend asked me to bring him some French cheese and he went to the bathroom. And for about 10 minutes I was all alone with the cheese and the baguette. I just wanted to have a bite and ended up eating almost half of the Camembert cheese and 1/4 of the baguette. Evil or Very Mad 

I don't know yet what I'll eat today... maybe some watermelon. I'll let you know tomorrow.

Yesterday I ate almost half of a watermelon, 1 apple and 1/3 of grilled eggplant with mozzarella , tomato and basil. I also walked for 30 minutes.
Weight this morning: 133.4 lbs.

My weight: 132.1 lbs.

Yesterday I had 2 apples and a salad made of 1 small zucchini, 2 carrots, 2 bell peppers, 2 red onions, 1 hot pepper + olive oil, raspberry vinegar, salt, peper.

And no diet on Tuesday neither Smile Yesterday I had a lot of tzatziki salad, 1 orange, 1 banana.

21/07: 137.8 lbs
31/07: 133.2 lbs

I'm still at 133.2 lbs. Yesterday I ate fruits and vegetables. Hopefully I won't screw up again during the week-end.
