that just proves at this point its such a mental game for us, not physical anymore. Physically we are quite content on 5 bites but mentally our bodies just crave what it knew, the tastes, the feelings, even though those stuffed feelings now make us uncomfortable and sick even...someday we will learn to derrive pleasure from other things other than food, that is my hope anyway. We can enjoy food, know its fuel to our body but not live to eat anymore, that will be the day Smile

Ya its boredom or cravings for me for shur if I stay bizy its ez but as soon as my mind starts to wonder its so much harder but I have ben so bizy that the diet has ben ez the last few days

Thanks. Spryng and Starbucks those new BK topper burgers are very good and only 2 dollars its like the expensive burgers just smaller but more than 5 bites tried all 3 this week for 3 lunches I throw the rest of the meal away right after the fifth bite so that I can't eat more like wile I'm still chewing that last bite that's the only way for me I don't save the leftovers frum my lunches dinner is different because then its the family meal and normally more leftovers lunch is generally ezer for me because I'm away frum the food right after I eat. but even at dinner I'm dumping the leftovers off my plate so that they wont tempt me then I try to do something that takes my mind off for at least the next 15 minutes after eating.

Thanks Connie. Today I weighed in at 177.6 witch is about what I keep getting to then fall off the wagon for the weekend. and today is Friday. so my small mini goal is to just get through this weekend.

Thanks Starbucks so far so good got through Friday. And Saturday I still have Sunday to get through and I've got a family pot luck party to go to its going to be difficult but I'm not going to have 1 extra bite I am very focused

Thanks. I am happy anytime I can have a cheat free weekend. today I woke up late was late for work and felt behind all day I'm glad to be home relaxing now. Starbucks the only tip I can think of is to stay bizzy and not even one extra bite because its so hard to stop once u start

L2 bites pulled pork sandwich 1 bite coleslaw 1 bite cookie 1 bite donut I was at a potluck and I shared a plate with my wife and that was nice because no one noticed that I only took 5 bites

Thanks spryng its 150.0. today's Friday so its ben a week since I've weighed at all had no idea how I would do and almost didn't weigh because I was afraid if it wasn't enough lost. it might send me in to the F/// its but it had ben a week and I just had to know so

Today. 171.2.
sweet I lost 6.4 now I need to use that to help me through this weekend so that is my mini goal again make it through. Another weekend and I am going to because I am very focused I will post yesterday's meals later. Because I gota get back to work

Thanks spryng and connie its.taking alot of my will.because today has ben difficult for me I had 1 bite of my sons breakfast this morning and haven't went off plan other than that but that gets me thinking that I have already messed up and I have made it harder than I should have because of that. I could take that out of my dinner and just have 4 then. but so fare today has ben full of mental cravings I keep having to talk myself out of going off plan stupid for just one bite in the morning to torment me for the rest of the day. But I am determined to stay on plan just frustrated that it's difficult right now
