Good day to anyone reading Smile

So I did the 5BD for 2 weeks the last time, I am not proud of my failures but I am also not ready to give up. Today is day one and I am ready for it. My starting weight is 196lbs when I stopped and went back to bingeing every night I weighed 192.5lbs so I have gained 3.5lbs Very Happy and the last time I checked I had gained 5.5lbs so I am glad today shows that its not too bad.

3.5 lbs isn't bad at all and probably mostly water retention etc so it will be gone with a few of it's friends in no time!!! so hang in there, one meal at a time, you can do it!!! Smile

Day 1/21

B- 5 bites of half cheese and mayo tuna sandwich
L- 5 bites of half cheese and mayo tuna sandwich
D- LOTS of water and 2 cups green tea

SW- 196lbs

I am 5"0 "tall" and have a small frame and my weight should range from 93lbs to 121lbs I would like to weigh 121lbs, the plan this time is to weigh everyday and shift my bite sizes.

Total lost- 2.4lbs

Did the fries keep you satisfied? Sounds so yummy! You are almost back to where you left off losing weight so hang in there, you are doing so good!! Smile
