I had a lot of ear infections when I was a child and several surgeries...the ringing is caused from the scar tissue. I had a bunch of tests done to confirm that and there is nothing they can do about it. I don't feel bad about having to take the anxiety medicine...anyone would feel anxious having to listen to that all day.

I'm not taking that number seriously because I had some terrible diarrhea yesterday. I want to start counting bites today, but I'm not really sure how to do it or how I want to do it. I know that I love the vegan lifestyle, but since I'm a food addict I still have a tendency to overeat. I only had one drink last night, I think talking about it helped me reduce that a little.

b-herbal tea w/almond milk
l- 5 bites broccoli & 5 bites vegan cabbage roll
d- salad w/ romaine greens, mushrooms, a few almonds & fat free vegan dressing, vegan spaghetti & vegan french bread (I sprayed a mix of water/balsamic vinegar on the bread, then sprinkled it with garlic salt...a great fat free way to enjoy some garlic bread).

Obviously, dinner was not a 10 biter! I was so starving by the time dinner came around...ugg! Mad Mad Mad Mad 
10 bites isn't enough on the vegan diet for sure...especially low fat vegan! I'm going to figure this out!

I am glad you are ok with the medsl love.. yay.. I sure could not handle that.. uugh

I am all over the place with what plan to be on.. they all help you lose weight just at different pace.. I am just trying to not go over 1500 calories so at least 1-2lbs will be lost. So what ever you do love you are going to doooooooooooooooooooooo amazing!!!

I ended up doing a 10 bite lunch yesterday and was ok, but by the time dinner rolled around I was absolutely famished. So 10 bites won't work with the vegan lifestyle. I'm still not sure what to do, but I'm determined to figure it out. I'm sticking with the vegan lifestyle and I'm committed to it for sure! I just want to figure out how to maximize my weight loss.

weight: 197.1

When I first got up I weight 198.2 and then I went to the bathroom a couple of times with no intake and ended up at 197.1. I'll take that any way I can get it!!!!

l- carrot hot dog w/vegan chili & baked potato w/garlic & nutritional yeast
s- vegan popcorn w/vegan Dorito seasoning
d- boca burger patty w/teriyaki sauce, brown rice, corn on the cob
I also ate some almonds, a banana, and half a piece of french bread after dinner.


weight: 198.4

Seem to be teetering between these 2 weights: 197.1 & 198.4....weird!

Hmm could be your poly love.. that happens to me when I have a problem with it? You sure are eating very good. So this must be the wonderful world of the female body love.. Shocked 

Thank you so much for your support. When you relook I erased the post as I am going to work towards the 5 bite diet after all. I was gung ho on ww as I could eat .. but I put my health to the side and after getting the book finally today, I realised that my stomach can not handle the big meals.. so I've got it figured out..5 bites b) L) and D).. along with a pc of fruit.. I want to get out walking to help with my reshaping my legs and butt.. lol..

d- planning carrot hot dog w/vegan chili, and a human size serving of tater tots (whatever the serving size is on the package, that's what I'm eating.)

weight: 196.7 I'll take it! I ate so much food yesterday and even after dinner last night....all vegan, but still a lot of food.

Ok, slowly but surely! I have quit my evening cocktail and am having chamomile tea instead. I'm hoping this will help speed up my progress a bit with the vegan diet. The thing that I feel about the vegan diet is that it is something I can really stick with! This is the 7th week and I haven't cheated once. There are still things that I want to limit in my diet, but if I eat, it's vegan and for once in my life I really, really feel like I can do it! The weight loss is slow, but maybe that means it won't come back this time.

Debbie, I could NOT do this without your support!

Probably retaining water from the tortilla chips! I did not drink my water yesterday either.
Still no alcohol though, so this is frustrating.
My husband and I walked 3 miles today and I got on the elliptical for 20 minutes.
I tried to drink a lot of water today.

Thinking seriously about trying Dasher's card idea for the exercise!

weight: 198.9 up ugg! However, I checked my blood pressure yesterday and it is completely back to normal! I know I have the vegan diet to thank for that!

Well, if it's possible to have a vegan binge...I did it yesterday!

Today, I am measuring my starches...1/2 cup servings...I'm going to see how this goes. I guess a 1/2 cup at lunch and a 1/2 cup at dinner and then as much veggies as I want. I'm not eating a lot of fruit right now...need to get to the store. Also, wondering if having a piece of fruit in the morning like when I first started this helped with the weight loss. May try that again and see how it goes. I've got to get this figured out.

b-nothing
l- salad: spinach & carrots w/2T. sunflower seeds and oil free dressing, 1/2 cup brown rice cooked in veggie broth & green beans w/garlic
d-planning 1/4 of a vegan wrap (I figure that's about a 1/2 cup of starch), and veggies, maybe a fruit
s- vegan popcorn

I will have to get to the store today...out of raw veggies & fruit.

I need to have some kind of cut off time for eating...I could eat all night!

Not having my cocktail at night is rough. I don't get tired and I can get to sleep. Also, I've gained 2 pounds in 7 days of no alcohol.

I think you are right to cut the carbs.. starches turn to sugar and sugar turns to you know what. I know you love your plan so you will find your way. Your exercise is great!!!! Lets see if this works love.. Yay:bounce: bounce bounce bounce bounce

Ok, well measuring the starches is going to be key for me!

Weight: 195.5 (also I started up my real cocktail 2 nights ago...I just couldn't sleep!)

I am measuring the starches the best I can at 1/2 cup for lunch and dinner.

b-nothing
l- planning 1/4 of a vegan wrap, salad w/spinach, bok choy, cilantro, parsley, tomatoes, broccoli, avocado, & sunflower seeds w/ my oil free 4-3-2-1 dressing & 1/2 an apple or banana if needed
d- planning taco bowl w/1 corn tortilla a spoon of vegan refried beans and then loaded down w/greens & tomatoes and red and green salsa, nutritional yeast & fruit if need for dessert (If I'm still hungry, I may just make up another salad, too.)

I have been so busy with work I did not get a chance to post yet..lol.. For Snow I lost 4 lbs.. and gained 1 back. WI today 205:suspect:  lol

so busy with work have not even thought about dinner. My daughter will be eating her are soon.. I just might have to order something in.. it will be helpful as I am soooooooooooooo busy with work tonight. Cheers all.. Happy Day today!
