I added to my post about some exercise I added in after dinner on Saturday night. Also, after dinner I was sooooooooooo full!!! That was awesome!!!!

Yay.. I am happy for you.. I took a cheat dinner.. I am afraid I might be up tomorrow but it was good.. We stayed out so long visiting with friends we ended up going for dinner.. I have no idea how much I ate in calories but most likely as it chinese about 1000 ... eeek.. back on plan tomorrow. Very Happy

l- 5 bites veggie sub, 5 bites potato chips
d- 10 bites vegan Mexican leftovers

May do an 8 minute circuit tonight...not completely sure!

I made up the vegan cheese sauce today and it is awesome...I truly can't tell the difference!
So, this week I will have steamed broccoli w/vegan cheese sauce every day for lunch except Friday will be my apple lunch in preparation for the usual Friday night Mexican meal.

I lost a lot of weight this week and stayed on plan. 10 bites vegan is definitely doable. Hopefully I will lose just as much this week and maybe even be in the 170s by the beginning of next week! That would be sooooooooooooooo awesome!!!! bounce bounce bounce 

Debbie, don't worry about that cheat...you'll get right back on track and it will be fine. Drink a lot of water to flush out the water retention. You are almost to one-derland!!!! You can do it!!!!!! Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

Enjoy Your dinner love.. I just finished dinner.. I changed it to a grilled ham and cheese.. Half of it is 10 bites.. I also had 2 small pickles with it. I am so happy you are loving your journey girl.. Yay

Well...just lost my post so I'll try to remember!

weight: 186.7 (I really feel like that was a false reading! We'll see tomorrow).

School had been going great...kids have been back for 3 weeks and are getting adjusted to the routine. I have fallen down on the exercising the last few days as things have been really busy w/school. I was working on school work until 7pm and then ate at 8pm and just didn't feel like exercising!

b-nothing
l- 10 bites broccoli w/vegan cheese sauce
d- 10 bites vegan tostada

Since my lunch is measured and my dinner isn't...I may consider cutting dinner to 8 or 9 bites.

Also, I am fighting a sore throat! Ugg! Sad Sad Sad Sad

Thanks, Debbie! My throat is a little better today...gargled w/salt water twice and took some decongestant/antihistamine meds. Maybe I can ward off a full-blown infection!

weight: 187.0 (I knew that 186 was a fluke yesterday!)
