5-Bite Daily Dairy/Results
Hello all! I am new to the 5-Bite Dieting plan, but I am very excited about it. I will try to keep this board updated with my daily results. So let's start with what I have so far:
Summary of Day 1:
Breakfast – Green Tea w/ Multi-vitamin and Fish Oil Supplement
Lunch – Breakfast Style Potatoes and Onions w/ Fried Egg (7-10 small bites)
Dinner – Caesar Salad (3/4 tbsp dressing) w/ (7) Croutons (7-10 small bites)
Day 01 – 206.0 lbs – 0.0 lbs lost

Summary of Day 2:
Breakfast – Green Tea w/ Multi-vitamin and Fish Oil Supplement
Lunch – (a little more than) 1/2 Roast Beef Sandwich w/ 1/2 tbsp BBQ Sauce (5 bites)
Dinner – (a little less than) 1/2 Roast Beef Sandwich w/ 1/2 tbsp BBQ Sauce (4 bites) + edamame beans (1 bite)
Day 01 – 206.0 lbs – 0.0 lbs lost
Day 02 – 204.2 lbs – 1.8 lbs lost
