While 'Pro' behaviours are asked to be kept to a minimum on the forums themselves they are not restricted however support for people looking for genuine support must be provided! -- Be kind to each other -- Respect a persons condition (regardless of the Disorder or Stage they are at in either personal life or in there Eating Disorder) -- When asking to gain access to this section PLEASE don't be embarrassed, hesitant or shy - no judgments will be passed and this forum was made for a reason! : ) -- Venting is good! just remember to support each other -- The forum is opened to all Sexes and Genders and descrimination based on any aspect of a person will not be looked upon favourably -- When the Forum is opened there will be a male and a female section as well as a combined section - incase anyone would like to post more 'private' or 'specific' things.

i'm a new mom- my son is 9 weeks old tomorrow. i've tried this diet before but had a hard time sticking to it. I want to get to a healthy weight for my family so i'm going to try this again and stick to it to reach my goal. I will start tomorrow and post my results periodically. i appreciate all your advice and thoughts. my start weight is 206 and my first goal will be 175....wish me luck!

Welcome to the site new mommy and congratulations on being a new mommy my advice is if u don't have the book get it and take 1 day at a time because each day will get ezer stay strong and focused good luck u can do it Very Happy

Welcome to the family New Mommie!

We are here for you on your journey. If you stay strong, you can do this! Congratulations on your new little one. I remember those days fondly. My kids are 6 and 4 now. Listen to Dmac, get the book. It truly helps.

day one went well- had 2 snickers bars. it's hard but i'm gonna hang in there- the first few days always are the worst. i'm not going to weigh myself until the weekend. i'll let you know when i do!
