Very New. What do I eat?
Hi everyone! I am very new...haven't started cold turkey yet. But am thinking of starting tomorrow. I do have a question though. What are the foods that are getting the fastest results? I have been reading some posts and see some food items that are preferred (snickers bar (?), pasta).
Also, I am a breakfast person. Does anyone here eat something for breakfast and is seeing fast results?

Breakfast: Coffee or Tea and a multi-vitamin
Lunch: 5 bites of anything you like, but try to get some protien in. Use a regular size Snickers bar as a way to judge how much a total of 5 bites should be. 1 bar = 5 bites
Dinner: 5 bites again. Same as lunch.

Read the journals for ideas. Most of them post what they ate from day to day.
I think some people still eat things for breakfast as long as it is low-cal.

My first day I ate lasagna. Second day I ate snickers bars. And day three was chicken nuggets. Let me tell you that protein is what does it for me! It doesn't seem to matter what kind of protein I choose it seems to work out so much better!
