Would love to join in if it's not to late Embarassed I have been really busy as I am starting nursing school in January and have been running around like a maniac. so I haven't weighed in for my starting weight, but I think that I will post y weight tomorrow and will start today with the 5 bites. I have been too frightened to get on the scale because I have been so bad at watching what I am putting in my mouth. So cheers to everyone in this challenge and I look forward to seeing your progress.

That is a early bed time i was very wore out very long week yesterday i said i my plan was to have a Snickers for dinner that didn't happen my wife got pizza and i went in to full on binge ate a entire pizza a bunch of sweets then went out with a friend to watch a football game at a bar had beer and wings so today I'm frustrated with myself i have really struggled lately and I don't even understand why I have done really well in the past and now I can't seem to connect more than few days without going on a binge so today I'm five biting and sole searching again but i don't know what else to do besides move forward and keep hopping back on sorry for the rant I just wish that I'd quit binge eating

Day 1: 196.7
Day 2: 195.3
Day 3:
Day 4:
Day 5:
Day 6:
Day 7:
Day 8:
Day 9:
Day 10:
Day 11:

Really sick today...trying not use that as an excuse to go off plan. If I could lose 10 pounds during this challenge, that would bring me down to 186 for Thanksgiving and I would be fine with that! And then just keep on going from there.

Does anyone have a weight loss game plan for Thanksgiving day?????? Last Thanksgiving I was low carbing. I binged but I didn't eat any high carb foods and I did not lose any weight doing this. Also, I have wished I ate my mother-in-law's cornbread dressing all freaking year! Anyone thinking of fasting before and/or after Thanksgiving and just eating doing the usual binge meal for Thanksgiving???

I plan on taking Thanksgiving completely off and then concentrating on getting back on plan directly after i think that is hard enough trying to get on plan after a meal like that and all the left overs for days after it will take a lot of focus
Yesterday was a good 5bday
L snickers
D 1b corn 1b mashed potatoes 3b venison steak
and thanks for all the support yesterday i needed it i was pretty frustrated I got through it today is better thank you
and Snow White I hope you get feeling better

So tomorrow I get back on the band wagon. My husband wroks offshore and has been home for 2 weeks. I've been doing a modified version of the 5bite diet while he has been home and I'm slowly trying to get him in on it. I have lost a couple of lbs but I have also walked 4-5 miles a few times a week so I think I'm gaining muscle. However, he leaves tomorrow for 2 weeks so now I can focus on my bites until Thanksgiving.

yeah I love spending time with my family but it sure does make the diet more difficult it's cool you modified it into something that works for you while you're spending time with your husband
