I am one for eating off plan on My Bday, My Husbands and Mydaughters.. Christmas, and Thankgiving also chime in..I also pick one day in the summer when I go to a great friends bbq to blow it.. so 6 times a year is my cheat plan.. Not to shabby.. have fun on Your special day!!

Day 1 207.9
Day 2 203.9
Day 3 202.9
Day 4 202.2
Day 5 202.2 stayed the same

B) nothing not even tea
L) snacky lunch
D) chickena and broccoli

on plan.. will start working out next week.. Yay.. totally in ketosis now and tired lol

Things seem to bee going much better now I've got 5 days of sticking to plan for the most part anyway only off plan was the 2 beers and one piece of deer jerky so I'm happy with that and i lost the lbs i had gained while off plan

Hope everyone is well, I haven't posted in a few days because I've been so frustrated with the diet. I've been sticking to it but my weight hasn't budged in like 4 days..

today has been an absolutely great day. other than my wife being sick but nothing serious .but work went by great busy but great the diet an absolute piece of cake today. and it's Friday! hopefully that that stays easy because weekends can be difficult as a matter fact today has been so easy to I'm afraid tomorrow is going to be extra difficult but hopefully not. another good thing was that I had a 169 pounds today which puts me in the healthy BMI of 25 not my goal but at least it's a healthy BMI so actually I gotta stay extra focused because it's easy to lose focus for me when I hit see that I'm in a healthy BMI like good enough for something

D 5b of leftover pastrami burger
and I had 1 bud light hopefully everyone else is doing great also

So yesterday my wife came home with fresh baked bred she said i needed to try it and the day went down hill frum there but today I'm back and focused I've been hiking today and that has me thinking of my ultimate goal and maybe i should shoot for the bmi of 18.5 I could really fly up these mountains then that's 125 but my family and friends would think I lost my mind and worry about me but the doc said that's the healthiest place to be and he would know

I think you should do as you wish.. do not worry about others. You would feel so great getting up that mountain faster!!

Im fighting off the hunger.. my stomache is screaming at me.. good thing it is almost time for my dinner!

Day 9 203.8 - .7 down, total to date =4.1 time to wramp it up!!

L)cream veggie soup 5 spoons.. not doing that again..have been hungry since 3 (lasted 2 hours in tummy)
D)snickers..

this is a different menu from what I planned earlier.. but Im thinking the snickers will help keep me fuller a bit longer..lol hoping.. lol

alright keep trucking..

Has this diet been harder for you guys because it is so close to Thanksgiving? I will do good at breakfast and lunch time and then the holidays foods will torment me. One good thing is I am maintaining but thats about it.

@ababygrace: I'm tempted whether the holidays are here or not. But no holidays haven't affected my eating, yet. I don't eat breakfast and at lunch and dinner I take mini breaks between each bite (meals last for at least 25 minutes). Oh and I just instituted a weekly cheat meal Embarassed These are all ways I try to ensure my dieting success. Good luck! I hope you find strategies that help you.

I haven't posted in a bit I was hiking on my last post and that day wile hiking I lost my wallet so I looked all over for it but I had traveled a long way that day so I'm not surprised that I haven't found it but anyway today is Thanksgiving for this challenge I only lost 6 lbs 175 to 169 and after today and yesterday it will take a few days to get back to that but I'm planning on getting on track tomorrow
Debbie I think a stay on plan challenge is a good idea
