Yesterday started good then at my sons party my dad sister and I started having beer then I lost my focus and had a free for all now I've lost 3 days of progress and that wasn't the party I was worried about that one is tonight so I'm trying to s stay on the tracks right now a and not go off the rails

I would love to just go and have fun but I really don't want to loose more progress sometimes that sends me in a tailspin making it harder to get on track again dam holidays

Dmac, I'm with you. I get into a tailspin big time if I allow myself to get off track for special events. I hope you have fun with your son. I'm going through that same situation today. Wish me luck!

20 pounds would be 176...but I'm shooting for 169. I may have to get crazy if I'm going to really get this done...like give up a bite here and there or have some water fasting days especially before the events I have coming up like my birthday and my cousin's wedding. Damn, I really wanted to be thinner for that wedding. Nothing I can do now but go all in balls to the freaking wall and see what happens...see what my body will give up and see how strong my resolve can truly be under pressure.

I did have fun with my son last night tonight is an adult Christmas party no kids i think me and you are allot alike in are eating i can easily gain 20lbs in a month on the Cruse i probablywould have gained allot more try to get thru each day as it comes I think i gotta keep my eyes on the prize some how not losing focus so often

I have stayed the same.. 205.5.. not bad but my plan is to drink and sip my soup a bit less every day.. we will see what I can get off.. Yay

i hope is not to late to start i would love to be down 20 pounds my xmas. i will be starting on the 3 rd dec. been on and off the diet and its time to really commit. i know i can do this. i have done it before

So yesterday I ended up staying off plan but I did have a good time at the party and it's all over now and I can focus on the diet now the next thing I have planned that will interrupt my diet plans it's my daughters bday on 12/21 so hopefully I'm Dunn going the wrong detection on the scale I've went up so m much in two days it's embarrassing but I told myself I was going to post my weight everyday to stay accountable and it will come off fast Very Happy

that's me staying positive also last night some of the friends that I don't see very often said that I still look great and that it was cool i was able to keep the weight off for so long that made me feel good

Well, nobody's perfect! I've had 2 bad days now...but I'm not giving up on this diet or on this challenge! The strong point is that we fall down and we get back up! Good news: I bought an outfit for my cousin's wedding that will hide my fat and I'm happy about that. I was really stressing about it! My Christmas tree is finally up and I wore flip-flops to church today b/c it was so warm...a high of 71. December in Tennessee, awesome! : )))))

Excellent!!! I am getting back on plan.. today I ate around 30 bites today.. much better than the 80+ I was having with the shakes and soup.. so tomorrow I hope to drop off 10 more.. 20 bites.. and so on.. yay.. Great Job Dmac!!! cheers

I'm going to buy some shoes tomorrow for the wedding. I'm going to wear my pants that I plan to wear at the wedding... that way I will know if it will look right. This is the last big wedding in our family for a long, long time and I just want to do everything I can to look my best in spite of my weight.

Good job everyone!! Little gains here and there are bound to happen when you weigh yourself every day....As long as the number at the end of the month is lower than the start, it's a victory. I don't think I can join in the 20 by Christmas, but I'll be all about a New Year's challenge! Stay strong!!
