Weekends are the worst! It is sooooooo much harder, but I just keep thinking that I don't want to ruin any progress I have made. That food is not worth it! Yesterday I didn't stop at the two beers and fell off the diet wagon but I'm back on track today and I've decided to stop drinking that should help me stay on plan because I almost always would go off plan when I would drink. and my drinking has gotten out of control a bit I also get sad the morning after drinking I'm not shur if that is from the drinking or from failing at the diet but ether way drinking is not doing anything positive for me

I know the feeling, after a lot of junk food I feel terrible! But the Dr.. Has a plan 4 that!
The single most important thing is that if you eat more than 5 bites ( or drink) at one meal, get right back up and dust yourself off. Your chance to get back on the diet starts at your next meal. Don't throw in the towel!

I'm not trying to talk you into drinking, but it could just be the beers aren't taking your edge off with all the calories they have. I mean beer has a lot of calories & carbs and only a little bit of alcohol. You know I have that low carb cocktail every night...w/ the vodka, less calories and I never feel the least bit bad about it. My ears ring constantly and having that drink helps me relax before I take my prescription to go to sleep. If I didn't do it, I cannot sleep at all. I guess what I'm saying is that if you want a drink, maybe try one that is a little more potent w/ less calories. But then again you should try not to do anything to make yourself feel bad.

Also, Dmac get some perspective here on how much freaking weight you have lost!!!!!! You have nothing to feel sad about whatsoever!!!! You are our constant inspiration that this can and will be done. Thanks ladies I feel much better thanks for all the encouragement snow white about the beer or vodka im a fan of vodka but it doesn't seem to mater for me i tell myself just one or two drinks once I start I have a difficult time stopping then once I'm drunk i eat without concern until I sober up and regret the binge so today makes day two back on track thanks again Very Happy
