Yep me too. Exactly like that. I havent gone off plan at all. I have completed 9 days so far. When i weighed friday i had lost 14 pounds so far. I will weigh again tomorrow- i am awful with the scale- so i try not to weigh every day ! I am happy to compare notes with you-

What a great idea! Nope- haven't done that yet- but it sure sounds promising. I eat all my favorite foods. Truly. The list in the past week could be truly embarrassing- pizza,eggs benidict ,tortellini, fettucini, hamburgers almost everyday. And Chinese. Which I had tonight. This is why it works for me though. Because I can eat all the stuff I love. And knowing how many bites I can have really simplifies things. I don't have to weigh measure or worry about calories. After 5 bites I'm done- and sometimes they are nice hefty bites! Nothing wrong with a decent bite!

i want chinese food tonite i had 5 hefty bites of my sandwish last night lol well squares, and i havent weighed myself yet but i did the day before i started do you cook all your food are do you eat out?

I cheat a little when I must... will snack on a green or red pepper, etc. I do not count fruit or veggie bites as part of my 5 bites, but these are small amounts anyway, like half of a green pepper. It gets me over the hump and keeps me going!

I don't eat out too much- mostly cook at home- but i cook everything i love- cuz otherwise i wouldnt stay with this!
