One Week = 7.5lb. Empty One Week = 7.5lb.

I weighed in today after starting the diet last Monday.

SW: 149
CW: 141.5
GW: 125

This is a real 'one hour' at a time diet for me. I try to stick to it as much as possible but some days (or afternoons) are tougher than others. I keep telling myself: just two more weeks. I am very pleased, however, with my progress. I don't feel super-peppy for exertion exercises but will start isometrics this week to tighten up the muscles.

I really appreciate your show of support. I need it! I just had my five bites for lunch and now I need to make it to 6:30 or 7 for the other 5 bites. Not so easy! But, it helps that we're all in this together.
