Sorry sexy 123 , got so busy working alot , yes I started at
150 and down to 130 , kept it off but last two months I have gained so much weight
Got my thyroid test done today so will c doctor in couple days with result
So my weigh now starting is 159 my height 5'6
I'm going to add 5-10 miles walking daily my big problem is wine daily so if I exercise that time I probably won't have my wine

Re: starting again
You've done this before, I'm sure you can do it again.
Try to have a glass of wine once a week to reward yourself for sticking to the diet, otherwise it may become a problem.
I remember about a year ago, I used to have a glass of my favourite wine every night for a few weeks in a row. One Saturday morning having finished cleaning the house and already having finished my coffee I was thinking that I would really appreciate a glass of wine. That day I decided to take a break from alcohol. I wasn't addicted and I'm not saying you are, but I realized it was so easy to become one. I guess a common habit can easily turn into a bad habit. I hope you don't misunderstand me.
Good luck!!!
