Lunch: 5 bites fruit with yogurt and granola
Supper: 6 bites of baby ruth bars (3 mini bars)
Walked/jogged two miles at the gym.

bf- 5 bites applesauce
lunch- 5 bites couscous/tomato/feta/beef stuff that I've been eating for DAYS
dinner- date night! 8 bites of a "greek taquito" and 2 bites of tiramissu. No alcohol! 10 bites and no drinks is an epic win for me considering it was at one of my fave places to binge on red wine and appetizers back in the day.
