Thanks Dmac and Jesabelle. Right now I am afraid to weigh myself, because I may get disappointed. However, I have a doctor appointment on Tuesday, and I may be weighed then. I am going to try very hard to close my eyes if I am weighed. I do not want to weigh myself until I feel confident I'm in the 160's at least. It's just a mental thing, but I do not want to deal with seeing the same numbers all over again.

Meal #2: 5b ham, bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich


Had this certain urge to eat more today during my second meal, but I refrained. I kept thinking it's not worth it and that nothing tastes as good as thin will feel.

Well i am back and shamefully a little heavier than when i started two years ago. I weighed in at 185.8 this morning and felt very disguisted. So i am trying this diet again for a number of reasons. First, i found out i had celiac disease, and i refuse to eliminate any other foods from my diet. This is strict enough. Second, this is the way i would want to eat at goal, having some variety. And lastly, because i know this diet does work. I will be starting tomorrow, with the only variation of having five bites, three times a day. Looking back at my journal, i saw that my version of "mono" meals worked best, having a carb with protein (taco, burger, pizza-gluten free, of course), i am going to try that. Will post daily weigh-ins and meals starting tomorrow!

It is not fun to have that diagnosis.. I am right along with you but sadly I am still eating gluten.. I vow to stop but never get there.. w2 go girl.

Day 1. Start weight: 185.6. Meal #1: 5b gf pizza. Meal #2: 5b tacos. Meal #3: 5b p.b. snickers. Thanks ElleBella. I was diagnosed back in September, but it's gotten easier because of all the food choices available today. Well on to day 2!

Day 2. Weight: 183.6. 2 lbs. down! Meal #1: 5b tacos. Meal #2: 3b pizza, 2b p.b. cup. Meal #3: nachos, more than 5b, but not way more. Well i waited too long to have my 3rd meal today, so i was starving and away from home. Hope i still get somewhat of a loss tomorrow. 1st lesson: always be prepared for the unexpected, i need to have a candy bar in my purse or something for emergencies. Other than that, things went good today. On to day 3!

Day 3. 183.2, I will definitely take that considering what I did yesterday. Meal #1: 5b tacos. Meal #2: 5b p.b. snickers. Meal #3: about 10 fries, 5 was just not enough. Am hoping to see the 170's by Monday. I did a no carb diet back in September and saw 166.4 on the scale. Loved the results, but i felt miserable. Am hoping to see those numbers again soon, because right now i feel great on this diet. Thanks so much ladies. On to day 4!

Day 4. 182.6. Well i had to weigh very early this morning because i had a long day, and still saw a loss, so i was very happy to see that. Meal #1: 5b almond snickers. Meal #2: 10b taquitos. Meal #3: 5b tacos. I had my first meal extremely early, so i was thinking i would way overeat later on in the day, but didn't do too bad at my second meal. I am so so glad today is finally coming to a close, majorly stressful and i wanted to stuff myself with the Mexican food i had for lunch, but stopped myself. However i did overindulge in a large caloric soda. Have a good weekend! On to day 5!

Day 6. 181.4. I was sort of expecting that, because i had too many fries yesterday-and way too many today. Meal #1: 5b bagel sandwich with egg and sausage. Meal #2: bag of popcorn. Meal #3: plate of fries. Planning to get more strict with my bites tomorrow. So much for seeing the 170's by tomorrow. Well, maybe on Tuesday, would love to start week 2 in the 170's. I am determined to keep going. On to day 7!

Day 7. 183.6. I know that i did not eat that much more yesterday, but because my "visitor" is here, and i can gain as much as five pounds of water weight. I am not going to post for the next few days because i hate seeing the gain, even if it's temporary. So i will be back later on this week. Have a good week!
