Day 14. 176.2. Meal #1: 5b tacos. Meal #2: 6b p.butter cups. Was expecting more weight loss, maybe I'm slowing down for a bit. This is when it gets really frustrating.

Day15. 176.2-same. Meal #1: tacos and fries, did not count bites. Meal #2: chips and salad, did not count bites. Was very frustrated with no weight loss today so ate off plan. Lost 9.4 lbs in two weeks, at least that makes me closer to goal. Trying really hard not to beat myself up about the slow weight loss. SW: 185.6. CW: 176.2 GW: 144

Well I am back and trying this again, because I know for sure that it does works. I am on day 8 of having 3 bites, 3 times a day and I have not strayed at all. On 8/14, I started at around 178 lbs and have not weighed myself at all because of the fear of being disappointed AGAIN and giving up. Now that a week has gone by and sticking to it, I feel more in control. I will get on the scale Saturday, but I will not get on the scale for a while after that. Today's meals: br: 3b taco lu: 3b breakfast sandwich din: 3b avocado burger

You did good in the past and you can do it again.
If you loose slow that's better then no loss at all. Any loss is better then giving up.
Since you don't weigh before Saturday I will do the same. Then let's see where we are at.

Missunderstood I'm so happy you decided not to give up!!! On yourself! And I believe you can due it again because "nothing beats a failure but a try" and I would just start hopping on the scale it can really disappoint you I know been there done that you can tell if your losing by your cloths that's what I did so I don't weigh myself a lot only every to months it works for me. Thanks Buffy and Daani. I am going to weigh in tomorrow just to see the progress, if any, I've made so far. Am really nervous because even though my clothes are looser, the numbers on the scale really matter to me. I forgot I will be weighed at the doctor on Tuesday as well, would really really love to be in the mid-160's by then. We will see.

I am 170.4 lbs. this morning and am very frustrated because I went according to plan yesterday-plus my workout-and I was up 0.4 lbs.! May go off plan just for today, and come up with a different strategy for this week. I am so so close to the 160's that I'm stressing myself out way too much. Have a great rest of your weekend.

Your workout makes your muscles retain more water. Takes a day or two to get over that, depends how hard your workout was. Don't give up. I messed up times before and got frustrated. Go back to reading the old threads of people who successfully completed their goal, that's what I do too. Patience is key. Don't weigh yourself so often anymore - it can drive you crazy I know it does me. I will weigh again on September first. My scale is out of sight.
