Its so great when you are able to stick to plan.. so great job you for staying on plan!!! last night my carb junkie came out and I ate a whole back of hawkens cheezies.. oh dear then I woke to be up by 2.7 lbs.. arrg.. we are all a work in progress.. Im so happy you are back girl!

Debbie, I feel you w/ the carbs! I am really trying hard to low carb now to boost our weight loss! I'm going to go as long as I can w/ no grains, corn, or potatoes.

The high protein is helping with the hunger. Of course I could always stuff my face with food anytime, but actual physical hunger is doing okay right now.

Thanks Debbie!!!! : )))) I'm hanging in there!!! Low carb-high protein is REALLY helping and that's the diet I'm supposed to do anyway for my PCOS.
Not happy about only a .4 loss but I can't complain with 7.2 pounds lost in 5 days on the diet. I'm going to have to eat some ice cream cake today (son's belated birthday celebration) so we'll just have to see what happens with that. Also, I haven't gone to the bathroom in 2 days. I'm going to try to drink a lot of water today to get things moving again.
I was 179.2 on October 2nd right before I went on the cruise. I have to be the only person on here who could seriously gain 20 pounds in a month. That's what I did for real. I gained 11 on the cruise and came back in a tail spin and gained another 9 pounds with a lot of false starts before I decided to get serious again and that's only because I was not willing to see 200 on the scale, but I made it all the way to 199.7 before that kicked me into gear. If I not losing, I'm gaining. I don't know how to maintain or what that looks like. I won't need to worry about that for a long while though. I have a ton of weight to lose.
I'd really, really like to be to my goal weight by June of 2013. No more plus size bathing suits, I'm done. I don't want to be a plus size anymore. I know that if I stick with this and really drill down hard that I can really make it and I really want to. I could have done it this year, but I didn't. I started back on here in January and I really should have this done by now, but I'm pretty much where I started back in January, but I know I made it all the way down to 176 from 204 (I think) and all the way back up to 199. But I'm not fooling around anymore, I'm doing it this time for good!

You are definitely not the only one that can gain 20 lbs in one month I had a binge last night and gained 7lbs also your .4 loss is probably because you've been loosing 2lbs a day this week now your body has gotta catch up best of luck with your celebration tonight

Count me in.. 20 lbs in a month.. me too.. lol.. No worries honey.. I have weight watchers lost loads of weight and gained it back.. I think I will always have to count carb.. calories, bites or points.. its me.. I love food and I love to cook.. hmm danger danger.. lol.. When you are at goal, I think you will feel full on such small amounts you will not go back.. Enjoy your cake and ice cream.. Happy bday to your son.. Great job on near 8lbs in 1 week!!!!!!

Seriously! Even after having this awesome weight loss streak this week, I still had to binge for my kid's birthday. I really wish that I could just stop my thinking that if we're celebrating that it's okay to gorge on food. Sick! Sick! Sick! Anyway, I'm not eating for the rest of the day and I may even skip lunch tomorrow. Ugh! Ugh! Ugh!
The good news is there is absolutely no reason in the world for me eat anything but 5 bites until my birthday on the 19th. I'm going to try to lose as much as possible between now and then.
