Just 7 days of 100% 5 bite eating.. who can't commit for 7 measley days?? lol ok I know it sounds much easier than it is in reality but that is the beauty of challenging ourselves. If you've been on the 5 bite for awhile but you have a couple good days and a couple bad and it's slowing down your losses or you are just starting the 5 bite diet and want a good support group to get you going then this is the challenge for you. But lets give it 100%.. its only 7 days, we can do anything for 7 days right?
Also I started the challenge on a friday for a reason.. we always start on mondays and then by saturday we are weak and it's the weekend and we cheat etc well in this case we are usually our most motivated in the first few days of the challenge so lets get that first weekend over with right away, so days 2 and 3 will be sat and sun so we can just plow through it and have an amazing 7 days on this challenge..

how much weight can you lose? well if you are like me it might only be 5-6 lbs but I've seen others lose 7-10 or more lbs! so hop on the challenge and lets find out!!!!! Smile

I'll post in this thread daily once the 14th is upon us, I hope to see you here too!!! cheers

I'm in and would LOVE to lose 10 pounds in 7 days!!!! I am leaving for a cruise on Oct. 5th so that's only 23 days! I'm trying to lose as much as I can by then!!!!

LOL! you were ready girl! lol yes today is DAY 1, woo hoo!!! and yes I'll post HERE daily, you probably won't see me on my journal as I don't want to double post, so I'll post here and summarize everything on my journal in 7 days. I am hoping to lose 6 lbs in these 7 days.. I'm gonna be soooooo good. I promise 100% 5 bites only for the next 7 days. You all promise with me and lets keep our promises.. we can do ANYTHING for 7 days.. repeat after me.. YOU can do ANYTHING for just 7 days.. no excuses.. lets just put our minds to it and FINISH WHAT WE STARTED this time ok? ok, now lets get to work Smile

Hi I am new to this diet, but I am in for the challenge. I am 5'4 and weigh 118. I would like to lose 10 lbs. It's nice that we can blog on this so that we can stay accountable. This morning I had a cup of coffee and I will check in later to post what I had for lunch and dinner. yay!!!!! Am so excited to lose this weight!!!! What a Face

I'm so excited to see so many who joined! we are gonna do so well I just know it!

So for me here is my menu today:

B-nothing
L- 5 bites bbq pork sandwich
D- 5 bites beef burrito

I feel pretty darn good today. I was worried I'd be starving but so far so good. It just feels good to be back in control of my portions again, this past week I've just been stuffing myself and feeling so blah and down and today I just feel happy and on track again. Feels good. I hope everyone had a great first day! What a Face

So, not sure why I am not showing any kind of loss. Maybe I have a bit of water retention. I did have a soy marinade on my chicken for dinner.

Great start to all of you. jetsgirl sometimes it takes a day or so to start seeing the scale move stay focused
I was not perfect last night I had some beers, late last night I should have just went to sleep so day one not perfect but I plan on finishing this challenge perfectly and I still had a good loss
