That is fantastic Ewhetstone! The sluggish is very normal.. it's normal to feel weak, tired, foggy headed etc too and it will pass.. yu should definitely feel better tomorrow Smile and your hard work is paying off!

So my meals for today:

B-nothing
L- 5 bites leftover lomein
D- 5 bites chicken angel hair pasta

So all in all I've felt pretty good today... hunger is definitely under control now as I'm only hungry right before it's time to eat so that is great. Can't wait for tomorrow! This week is FLYING by!

Day 3-116.2-total loss 2.6. I was still hungry after my last 5 bites, so I think that I will be drowning myself with water this evening Mad

Looks like everyone is doing well so far! Yay for us!!!!!

Day 4! we are almost there!!!

Day 1 138.2
Day 2 136.8
Day 3 135.8
Day 4 135.2

so I'm down .6 this morning for a total of 3 lbs so far, I'm very happy with that number and I'm on the cusp of something BIG.. I only saw 134 for one day, way back when.. then I shot up again and maybe tomorrow I will see it again? and again the day after that maybe? I'm definitely hitting new territory and I'm THRILLED!

Today was the best day yet! I had energy and wasn't hungry except around meal times. Was down .5 lbs today. Hope to see at least a lb tomorrow.

I'm officially in the 134's!!!!! Oh it's been forever! 135-140 has been my set point as this is the weight I've been most of my adult life so it's soooo hard for me to get under 135 so I'm thrilled! That is 3.4 lbs total so far this week. My goal was to lose 3 lbs so I'm really thrilled.. it's getting harder and harder to lose big numbers the closer I get to my goal weight but I'll take every OZ my body will give up at this point Smile

Weigh in this morning 115

yay! I've lost the 3.8 lbs that I gained Very Happy So I have until tomorrow for last day of the diet and as an act of solidarity I am going to stick to the 5 bites with the rest of you tomorrow Smile Also, I don't mind if I lose a bit more-my birthday is Monday and I am going out to dinner and def am going to eat some birthday cake. What a Face

Spryng-Fantastic job on 134-You are doing such a great job on reaching your goal weight. You are soooooo close to the 120 Very Happy I can't wait to see updated pics of you soon!

So I stayed the same today.. kinda expected it as my body is probably thinking WHAT IS GOING ON? LOL I haven't been this thin in years and it feels fantastic but it feels even better knowing I'm gonna get thinner because I am not done! Just 14.6 lbs to go now.. wow.. I can honestly say I can see the finish line! Its coming and if I keep going with the bite shifting and a monthly 7 day 5 bite challenge I should be at goal by xmas for sure! That is not very far away, I can do it!

Jesabelle that is go great! isn't it nice to know that you can always come back to 5 bite to lose any bit of gain we might have and then get right back to normal life again. Dr Lewis sure knows what he is talking about and happy early bday to you! You deserve a great night out Smile

Dmac you've done fantastic this challenge.. what is next for you? Keep on truckin with the 5 bites or are you gonna take a break or what?
