it might be the scale?
I've been @ a plateau of 139-140lbs for a week now wondering what's up.
I went home over the weekend and grandma's scale, mid-day, read: 137lbs.
I weighed this morning @ my gym 138.5lbs.
Suspicious!
There's 2 scales at the gym, so I'm going to try to other as well tomorrow. It would be SO AMAZING & FUNNY if the scale was broken, and I've flown past my target already. My current goal is 135lbs.
If not, I'll do a Snicker Day. If not then, I'll do all protein! Whatever if takes till I see a shift.

morning weigh in
so i weighed in on both scales and yesterday was @ 138.5-.75, and today I'm solidly @ 138lbs.
This is great, only 3 lbs to go!
But I did figure out what I'm doing wrong: 5 bites vs. 5 CHOMPS
Taking a Snicker day to test how it affects the scale
Great luck everyone!
