Anyone tracking body fat %?
Anyone tracking if weight loss is mostly fat or is it mostly water and muscle? Just wondering as 3-5 lbs lost in a few days and all or mostly water isn't that great!
Wt training at the same time would help I'd imagine. Anyone know what the weight that is lost composed mostly of? I can't remember if it is mentioned in the book but even if it were, it could be different for everyone.

I haven't had my % checked, however, I weight train 3X a week. In the three months (40 lbs lost) I've been doing this diet, I havent had to drop down in weights at all, in fact, I've continued to gain strength at the same rate as before. Very non scientific, but because of it, I continue to do the diet without worrying about losing muscle. Hope this helps a bit!
