Dmac and live_exceptionally - thanks for your positive comments!
Day 4 - Thurs
B - coffee w/creamer, tea w/creamer
L - 5 bites of Chapati (Indian flatbread) plus a mixture of chickpeas and some veggies (a coworker from India brought me some food she had made)
D - 2 bites Greek yogurt
- 3 bites Chapati bread
Workout:
Run/walk - 2 miles
Bodyweight squats, lunges, pushups - 20 minutes
The run was a bit tough. I had hoped to do more bodyweight strength work, but I really didn't have the energy. I had my dinner after my workout. I felt pretty hungry, although I suspect it may have also been partially thirst since I sweated alot during the run and workout. I'm happy I was able to stop at 5 bites and had no other calories for the night.

Hi Insanity,
Good on ya'! Keeping to 5 Bites is awesome. Especially after a tough work-out. Mad "props."

Re: insanity's 5 Bite Journey
I failed miserably on 5 Bite. I'm now attempting to track my calorie intake, keeping my calories per day as low as I can reasonably stand. That has worked well for me for long periods of time. I'm aiming for 1000 cals or less per day, or perhaps up to 1200 on workout days. I just started yesterday, hopefully I can keep it up.
