So sorry to hear that dmac!! Hope she is home very soon.

Jessabelle, my shopping isn't done either.. I still have stocking stuffers to get and a few more gifts for my nieces and little brother.... I'm running out of time. But today is my friday so maybe tomorrow while the kids are in school I can sneak off to get a few more things.

So I forgot to post my weigh in results here from yesterday: 129.5 lbs!!

4.5 lbs down for my first week of 5bd Smile

Christmas Goal weight 124 lbs ...oh so close - just 5.5 more lbs!

And Jesabelle all you have is 4 more lbs to hit your Christmas goal weight!! Whoo!! Can you tell I am extremely excited for you? haha

Hi Folks,

It's 10 days to Christmas! I'm Joining the Challenge (if you don't mind a Johnny-Come-Lately).

At a Pound and a half a day (or more), I should be right at the gate to the 100s (199.9) Shocked

or just on the ledge looking over (like 200 or 201).

I'll post my Meal plan in my daily journal -- O2B 16 Again (again).

Thanks guys she isn't home yet looks like mabe this Friday. but she is doing good. My hats off to all the mama's out there life is very difficult when mama's not home. But its nice to read all your posts and I am looking forward to being. More involved again. But I've ben focusing on family right now.because there's so much my wife did that I've ben trying to do with very little success. It takes about all I have

Sorry I haven't checked in. My oldest daughter was here visiting and we have been runiing around all weekend. I should be able to keep up my menu from now on until Christmas form this point on.

Well xmas is over and I am a little disapointed that I didn't even get near my goal, I wanted to be 135 but from the beginning of this challenge I've only lost 5.4 lbs in 7 weeks.. not that great actually. I have some mini goals set for myself for my bday coming Feb 11 and my 14th anniversary coming april 4th though so I hope I can get my booty in gear and do much better. How did everyone else do overall?

My goal was 125 and I hit 128 last Monday-this Monday...129 Sad

I gained a pound and I was only bad on Christmas Eve and Christmas day. Oh well, back to my original goal of 115, although when I read what my weight would be if I hit 18.5 BMI then it should be 108...I think a bit too skinny for me.

yeah that is what my weight would be for 18.5 bmi as well, I think I would look anorexic for sure so I'm aiming for 115 as well Smile

Congratulations you bought did great the lowest I got during that challenge was 163 my goal was 155 I hit 163 before Thanksgiving frum their I didn't do so good I was doing good took Thanksgiving off and spun out of control since. I think I'm about 185 right now but now with the holidays mostly over and my wife is home and doing well I can focus more on the diet again
Today all I had was five bites Turkey sandwich and six beers

Dmac, so glad to hear your wife is home and doing well again! I'm so glad the holidays are over as well.. just ready to get back to focusing on me again for awhile.. Spring will be here before we know it and I'm determined to emerge a butterfly this year, LOL last year I was a size 14/16 and so miserable and self concious but this year I plan on coming out in a size 8 or smaller with a big smile on my face, LOL

Hi everyone! I'd like to join the challenge too. I started the 5bd on 10-27 but have had a few rocky days. Reading the posts on this forum is inspirational.

10-27: 218.2
11-2: 211.2
Goal by Xmas: 190
Final weight goal: 130

Gained some weight since 11-2. The last time I weighed, I was at 214. I'll weigh again soon. I'm happy I found this site. I love this diet!
