Hi girls,
Yesterday I had dinner with my boyfriend. And unfortunately for me I made a chocolate-pear charlotte:evil:. This morning I was afraid to get on the scale, but I did it tonight and I was at 147.7 lbs. I only had dinner today: 60 grams pasta + 200 ml soup and during the day milk coffee and peach juice.
Thank you for your support girls. You are wonderful.

My weight this morning: 145.7. Yesterday I had some instant noodles with a few bites of chicken, I don't exactly know how many calories but more than 500 and less than 800.

Yesterday I had 1 banana, 1 apple, pasta (around 70 grams) + 8 or 10 bites of grilled pork chops. So I ate a lot more than 500 calories. And this morning my weight was 145.0 lbs. I know it won't be like that every day and I will soon stop losing for a while for I'm happy to see 145 lbs on the scale. It's been almost for years since I last weighed this much.

Thank you, Debbie! In order to look amazing I need to lose more. But I'm happy I've already lost 33 lbs.
My weight this morning: 143.9 lbs.
Yesterday I wasn't hungry (very strange ) and I only ate 1 banana and 2 big apples.
Next week I'll go to Germany for 3 or 4 days and I won't be able to be on a diet. I'll certainly put back some weight, hopefully not too much.

This morning 142.8 lbs.
Yesterday I only had dinner: stir-fried green beens, Peking spare ribs and rice... just a few bites of everything. I actually wanted to eat apples, but you know the smell is so good when you're cooking.
Today I'm thinking about eating only fruit as well as tomorrow. I'm not 100% sure I can do it.

Fruit days are great but add in some fat so you can absorb the vitamins that come from them.. a bite of brie would be a great.. or a bite of avocado.

A bite of avocado would be great with some tomatoes and then apples or pears the rest of the day.

I'm back in France and back on the diet. I ate soooo soooo much last week. I can feel I gained back some weight, maybe 10 pounds:( ... I don't know exactly how many... I'm scared to weigh myself otherwise I risk to give up on the diet. I'll probably do it by the end of the week or when I feel lighter
Today I'll eat some pretzels, not the big , but the small ones. I don't know how you call that in English. I also had 2 cups of latte macchiato and some Coke. So that's more than 500 calories, but my excuse is that it's 1st day and today I'll do better.

I've been very busy this week and now it's been almost 2 weeks since I took a break from the diet. I had some social obligations and had to have dinner with other people, so dieting was out of the question. At the same time, I needed this break even though I gained back a lot of weight (149 lbs this morning).
So here I am saying one more time "I'll start over". Yes, I know, I really have a problem with food.
I've decided to eat 100 g of pasta and 3-400 ml of soup again because it worked pretty well for me.
Have a nice week-end everyone!!!

You can never start over too many times. When I look over the years at my gains and losses, I know I would just keep getting larger and larger if I did not keep trying!

Yay.. yummmm pasta, I just made gluten free pancakes.. as soon as I drank some water my stomach felt so empty..lol.. kind of like pasta..you are a trooper.. I have to have protein or I go nuts. Way2go girl.. !!!!!

Agreed! The refined carbs just make me feel like I have a wooden leg to fill with food! I'm getting my protein from bean, lentils, and sometimes nuts. I'm not that worried about it right now b/c I figure my fat stores will convert into whatever energy I need for the moment.

I gravitate towards protien too! Its like I only want a bit of sweets and I want to fill up on protien because it seems it makes me feel better and stuff
