Hi girls,

I'm stuck at 146.6 but I'm not worried for the moment. I haven't eaten anything today. Once I finish writing here, I'll have my dinner: grilled chicory and tomatoes with chicken breast.

Don't starve yourself, Claire. You need to eat a little something twice a day to keep your metabolism going. Remember if you can keep your portions similar at each meal no matter what you are eating it will help your stomach to shrink down and eventually you will desire less food.

Keep on going! Wish I was at 146!!!!

Snow White, trust me, I don't starve myself. I wish I could do it for a days but that's impossible. Sometimes, unfortunately not often, I'm not hungry just like yesterday. But whenever I'm on a diet, one of the first things I think about when I wake up is food. Rolling Eyes 
Weight this morning: 146.1, I lost 0.5 lb. My menu today: 1 apple, pasta and fish soup.

I finally ate the leftovers (chicory and chicken). I had forgotten about them.Smile 

Debbie, the weather here is cold. It's been raining for almost 2 weeks now but that's normal for Eastern France.

Snow White, I have no doubt you'll be at 146 sooner than you think. I've already told you that I was at 180, so if I succeeded to lose this much, I'm sure you can do it too. "Nothing is impossible, the word itself says, “I’m possible!” ".

I didn't weight myself yesterday, but I did today and I'm at 145.5 lbs. My menu is still the same: pasta with soup and fruit (3 clementines and 1 pear today).

My weight hasn't changed because I ate a piece of cheesecake late in the evening. And it was a big piece, almost 2...Evil or Very MadEvil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad  But I had no choice, my boyfriend didn't want to finish it and I just couldn't throw it in the garbage, right? Embarassed

Before I went vegan I would eat chocolate cake for my bites sometimes...it would take a week to eat a slice of cake. Try not to deny yourself what you really want and just keep on going!!!! You are doing great!!!! I love you I love you I love you I love you I love you

Oh my goodness.. cheese cake.. yummm.. very hard to walk away from.. I started making them into cheese cake bites.. If you purchase some just cut it into squares and put in a pretty container. enjoy it in bites.. yum.. You are doing just great!

My weight:144.4 lbs, so I only lost 0.4 lb. Yesterday I had a salad (cucumber, tomatoes, ham) and 3 bite of mascarpone cake. But no cake starting today. Thank you for your support, girls! flower flower flower

Weight today: 142.6 lbs. Yesterday I had 1 Snickers bar (242 cal), popcorn (380), 2 small clementines around 15 cashew nuts.
It's hard to forget about eating a piece of cake since I'm the one baking them and they smell so good in the oven, but I didn't eat any yesterday. Yay! And I'm motivated to keep on going especially when I see good results on the scale.Smile
