Hi everyone!! I started the 5 bite diet yesterday at 158.4 pounds...feel like this diet is more than doable...and the science behind it makes sense. I am on day 2 and things are going well Smile Starting w a few more bites in my plan to get me through the first few days...

Yesterday : wt: 158.4
Had a protein shake for breakfast then started the plan at lunch...
Lunch: 7 bites tuna w mayo and sweet pickle
Dinner: 8 bites hamburger w cole slaw
Water, one diet coke, coffee w stevia drops
Walk on treadmill 25 mins

Today : wt: 156.4
Coffee w stevia till lunch
Lunch: 7 bites homemade lasagna w spinach
Dinner: 7 bites A and W chicken burger
Water, diet coke and coffee
Walked on treadmill 22 mins

Things are going well...hope to meet lots of you !

Thanks you guys!! I am feeling really strong and hopeful...does a concept this simple actually work?? Yesterday I wasn't sure if I would make it till lunch w only coffee...and I did it, and I survived!! This morning I am not even hungry Smile I feel great ...

Wt this morning: 155.2 (Loss so far 3.4 pounds)

I will post my menu later...

My goal is 136...I am 5'3". Depending on how fast and simple this is, I may go lower...I will see!!

I swear this works. I am the worst for trying to stick to a plan- especially one as restrictive as this- but oh my gosh- the freedom of eating whatever I want keeps me going- so far I am down 16 pounds in 11 days! I have been very strict on doing exactly 5 bites only for lunch and dinner- and every day I get through makes me more and more pumped!!!!! Believe me- I am the worst excuse maker for giving up on a diet. But not this time- I am going ALL THE WAY! We can do this together everyone! Keep posting! Happy Tuesday!

Wow Tammy! you are doing a great job! Its easy to follow something when results are seen Smile Thanks Magic for stopping in!! This morning I got hungry at about 11:00 and had more coffee w stevia, and did well the rest of the day!

Lunch: 7 bites of an Arbys beef and cheddar
Dinner: 8 bites of a Mcdonalds cheeseburger

Usually I would get fries and a dessert of some type as well...I ate about 2/3s of the beef and cheddar and 3/4 of the cheeseburger Smile I feel...empowered. Very Happy 

Im going to go and walk on the treadmill now, so have an awesome night everyone!!

Wt this morning: 153.8 ( loss so far 4.6 pounds)

Lunch: 7 bites of Wendy's grilled chicken sandwich
Dinner: 8 bites chicken thigh and green beans

Walk on treadmill 22 mins

Lots of water, coffee and 2 diet pops

Have an awesome night!!!!!

Wow Kim ! You are doing great!! Yep - so far so good for me! Feeling great and loving this plan! Had 5 bites of a yummy cheesesteak tonight! What a great diet- I don't know any other that we can eat WHATEVER we want! It's a good day in the neighborhood. Haha-

Tammy, you are doing so well!! It is nice to be able to eat whatever we want...and not feel horribly stuffed and sick afterwards...

Wt this AM: 153.4 (Loss so far...5 pounds!!)  Very Happy 

Planned today...
Lunch: 7 bites of a reuben sandwich
Dinner: 8 bites of the other half of the reuben...

I cant believe I have lost 5 pounds in 4 days...this is such an awesome diet!!!!!!

Congrats on the loss kimbee, you're doing awesome!! I do agree that it's nice to not feel overly stuffed after every meal. I've always hated that feeling but could never stop myself before it got to that point, lol. Anyway, keep up the great work!

I decided to start tomorrow and do 8 bites of lunch and supper, and a protein shake w coffee for breakfast.  8 bites is right in between 5 and 10 ...and hopefully I can drop down to 5 later.  When I did this before, 15 bites was what worked for me Smile I am around 155 pounds and need to lose 15 pounds.  So tomorrow it is!!!
