Saying less and doing more this time around. And also not strictly following 5 bites, will measure out smaller portions and have fruits, veggies and nuts for snacks.

9:30 AM - Meal #1 - 1/4 cup dry oatmeal, made with 1/4 cup whole milk + 1/4 cup water. Added a tab of butter, blueberries and strawberries with small drizzle of honey
10:30 AM - Cup of Earl Grey Tea unsweetened
1:30 PM - Meal #2 - 5 Bites Outsiders Detroit Style Pepperoni pizza
6:00 PM - one serving sour cream and onion ruffles
8:00 PM - air fryer chicken thigh with hot sauce and blue cheese dressing

Meal # 1 - 1/4 cup dry oatmeal made with 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup water, with butter, berries and small drizzle of honey
Meal # 2 - Honeybell orange and 1/2 cup chicken salad
Meal # 3 - 10 bites air fryer chicken thigh with hot sauce and blue cheese dressing

Meal #2 - 5 bites cucumber slices with havarti cheese, grape tomatoes and tuna salad

Snack - pink lady apple slices with peanut butter

Other - 1 cup of earl grey tea, 1 can of peach pear sparkling water, 1 cup Harney and Sons Holiday tea, 1 cup Tazo wild apple sarsaparilla tea, 1 cup Yogi Mango Ginger tea w honey

Workout - Grow With Jo 10 minute HIIT workout, Chloe Ting 2 week Ab shred 10 minute, Holly Dolke arm workout 8 minute

Will start logging in how many ounces of H20 and what multivitamins and supplements I'm taking tomorrow.

Meal #2 - 5 bites cucumber slices with havarti cheese, grape tomatoes and tuna salad

Snack - air fryer cinnamon apple slices, with 1 tbsp granola, 1 tbsp candied pecans and whipped cream (this is a very small homemade dessert!)  

Other - 1 cup hot water with ACV, lemon and cinnamon first thing in the morning, 1 cup earl grey tea, 1 cup Harney and Sons Holiday Tea,

Workout - Grow With Jo 10 minute HIIT workout, Chloe Ting 2 week Ab shred 10 minute, Holly Dolke arm workout 8 minute

Water - 50 OZ

Vitamins/supplements - One a Day Fruit Bites Women's Multivitamin, Vitamin D3, Rae Vegan Collagen Boost, Rae Daily Cleanse, B-Complex, Vitamin C, Rephresh Feminine Probiotic, Rae Focus Drops

Over ate yesterday but glad there was no gain! back to business.

First time in a LONG time I’ve managed to not gain over the weekend. Always tricky as it throws me off my usual 5 day week. Will start to plan for 3 meals plus a snack on the weekends now to maintain a loss during that two day period.

Meal # 1 - 15 bites roasted Cornish hen with green beans
Meal # 2 - 10 bites spaghetti

Snack - air fryer cinnamon apples, 3 mini snickers, 3 mini twix

Other - 1 cup Kirkland green tea, Starbucks Grande Toasted Vanilla Oatmillk Iced Shaken Espresso, 1 cup h2o with ACV and lemon

No workout today
Didn't log water intake today either, eek!

So a bit of an overeat today but still super motivated. Tomorrow is another day!

3 lb gain after yesterday! But I know that can come off in a day as it's definitely water weight given the carbs I ate very late at night. So I decided for the next two weeks I will not weigh daily. Only on Friday mornings and Monday mornings. Doing this in a bid to focus on just the HABIT of eating 5 bites, and really not focusing on the scale. The weight will come off as long as I stick to it. I will be weighing on Fridays to assess my weekday eating habits and on Mondays to assess my weekend eating habits. Will snap back into daily weigh ins on 3/21 Smile

Meal #1 - 5 bites Yoplait Oui strawberry yogurt
Meal #2 - 5 bites cucumber slices with shrimp and spicy mayo

Snack - Air fryer apple cinnamon slices with 1 tbsp granola, 1 tbsp Trader Joes candied pecans, 4 bites cucumber with homemade blue cheese dressing

Other - 1 cup earl grey tea, 1 can peach pear seltzer water, 2 cups water with 1 tbsp chlorophyll added, 1 glass Jam Jar Sweet Shiraz wine

Water - 40 oz

Workout - Grow with Jo 10 Minute Cardio, Holly Dolke arm workout, Pamela Reif beginner abs workout

Other - 2 cups earl grey tea, 1 can strawberry blueberry seltzer, 1 stick juicy fruit gum, 1 can raspberry lime seltzer, 1 cup Harney and Sons holiday tea

Water - 40 oz

No workout today

Have been feeling a bit lighter on my feet and a boost in my energy. Will focus on more water intake, consistent sleep and workouts this week.

Hm, that late night sweet tooth of mine is a habit I've got to get control over.

Back down 3 and feeling gooood. Will keep this momentum up and will NOT weigh again until Monday. The lure to see the number on the scale is intense but I need to trust the process, the scale is just feedback from the work I put in.

Meal #1 - 5 bites tuna salad on crostini sea salt crackers
Meal #2 - 5 bites Ramen

Snack - slice of red velvet cake from Mia's Bakery in Brooklyn, birthday for a coworker today!

Other - 1 cup earl grey tea, 1 cup water with 1 tbsp chlorophyll, 1 can raspberry lime seltzer

Workout - Grow With Jo 15 fast walk workout, Holly Dolke arm workout, Pamela Reif beginner abs workout

Water - 30 oz (the goal is 100 oz a day eventually but still falling short of just 64 oz) Will keep my focus on 64 a day for now.

Water - 60 ounces! Replaced my heavy tin water bottle with my plastic Ban.do tumbler with straw, made it so much easier to get my water in at work today! will keep this up.

Phew! Fun night celebrating a birthday but definitely got carried away at the after hour festivities. Drank more than I anticipated. Will have a clean light day tomorrow/today (Writing this post at 4AM EST).

Didn't log anything on Sunday, but today's another weigh in!

I'm elated to be on the downward trend but I do want to see a faster weight loss. So in an effort to keep with a strict 5 bite diet, I will get back to my daily weigh-ins. Why weight around?

Meal #1 - 5 bites tuna on garlic bagel crisps
Meal #2 - 5 bites sausage and peppers over spring mix

Snack - 10 bites Van Leeuwen Hazelnut Fudge cookie ice cream, 1/2 Pearson's Nut Roll, Handful of Wise chips

hmm, so realizing I may be PMSing this week. Feeling bloaty and cravings are pretty insatiable. Will journal tonight to do a mental check in.
