No weigh in this week! Just logging, no fuss. Stressful week and weekend, need to recoup and refocus.

Snack - 1/4 cup omega 3 nut mix (walnuts, pecans, almonds, cranberries, pumpkin seeds)

Still holding on! Seem to be maintaining with my eating and workout habits which is better than a gain any day, BUT ya girl has 75 lbs to lose, so lets keep this going.

Snack - apple slices with peanut butter, stonyfield organic whole milk vanilla yogurt w strawberries and granola, 1 Kinder Bueno candy bar
Other - 1 cup Bigelow earl grey tea, 1 can AHA Caffeinated Fuji Apple & White Tea sparkling water, 1 can AHA peach and honey sparkling water

OMG, finally broke a threshold. Keeping it steady and pushing along even on days that are a total muck up. So freaking close to ONEderland. Eat small to be small.
