3 pounds gained...hopefully it's all food/water weight from yesterday Sad
i'm gonna get back on track today though

breakfast:
nothing

lunch:
nothing

afternoon snack:
8 small pastries
1/2 egg

dinner:
1/2 egg
2 bite noodles
3 bites veggies/soy beans

exercise:
nothing

breakfast:
2 bananas

lunch:
1 small bun with peanut butter

dinner:
did not follow 5BD cuz i was stressed
pasta, eggs, orange, banana

breakfast:
2 bites granola bar
2 bites bagel

lunch
rest of the bagel with cream cheese
1 banana
2 fries

dinner:
did not follow 5BD once again...but did not over eat, and ate pretty healthy
1 serving noodles, cabbage, 3 mushrooms, 1 egg
i boiled it and ate it with some dipping sauce (peanut butter, ketchup, soy sauce, and chili...i know sounds grosss but it tastes alright... in my opinion)
