[b][i] Well I stepped on the scale this morning and my mouth about fell to the floor! I weighed in at 198.8! Shocked I could not believe it. After all these other diets of loosing a few an gaining back alot and then setting unrealistic goals I think this is really gonna work. Hubby still watching closely, he cut down yesterday when he saw I did. Ha ha.

Hello NewDay. I think this diet is the best for quick weight loss and learning how to eat less. I'm sure you will do well.

[b][i]Well in my other posting, I think it was in introducing myself I had a starting weight of 202.0, then after the first day I went to 198.8 I think. Since then I quickly reverted to my old way of eating... sigh. Not going to give up and will start again tomorrow. So frustrated with my lack of self control when it comes to eating.

I feel just like you do, lack of control when it comes to food...but this diet really does help put us in the driver seat and I went back and read your introduction, should have read it first, LOL but welcome again! Smile

[b][i]Every morning Hubby and I walk the dogs, we try to go early. I am not sure who walks who sometimes but I love walking. Well today is the first day of this change of eating. I made up my mind today not to make excuses or beat myself up if I slip up.

Starting weight 201.4

Day 1: 198.2

My husband is really supportive of this diet and that helps a lot when you have someone there that you don't have to hide this from. I post in my journal what I ate each day and if I cheat I admit to it. This keeps me accountable. Stay strong and get the book if you haven't yet...it is really helpful. We can do this together! : ))))))

Great attitude Newday! and the daily walks sound great! I think I'm about to start the Jillian Michael's 30 day shred but I want to measure myself first to see how many inches she can shed off of me in 30 days Smile
