Hi .. Nope I did not book mark it .. it was a much older post though.. I just put in the 5 bite diet in the search box and read it from there.. Really honey.. don't go hungry.. just eat 5 bites when you are hungry and move on.. You can do this.. !!! Dont't think.. just do!! bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce

One other tip I have for you is to eat more fibre .. like apples... dates.. blueberries.. so on.. its keeps you fuller so longer.. protien... I have a apple I take a bite or two from when I feel hungry but do not want to really eat.. maybe that can work for you?

Have a super stress free food day!!!! flower

*Side note*

If you have a binge or need to eat a full meal.. do it!! have it and move on.. back onto plan.. no bashing yourself anymore!!

Ok, so that's 24 bites for the day. It will be less tomorrow b/c normally I don't eat breakfast.

I also drink club soda.. keeps the bubble in the tummy and staves off hunger.. and no chemicals.. lol

s- 5 bites trail mix
d- 2 bites Mexican rice, 5 bites chicken burrito

19 bites today.

I get soooo full by that 7th bite...awesome feeling! Lost 2 pounds yesterday...we'll see if this plan will hold. I pray it will b/c I really need to lose this weight NOW!!!

Dmac, at the time I felt satisfied, but then we waited until 8pm to have dinner and that was just too long to go without eating...so I blew my dinner big time. But I think if I had eaten at 6pm I would have made it just fine.

Today is an off plan day. Even though I am taking today off, I am still sticking with this plan. Even without 100% compliance, I still believe it will work.

(Wednesday)Day 00 = (-0.0) = 00.0 lbs lost. Current Weight: 205.7, on plan
Day 01 = (-2.0) = 02.0 lbs lost. Current Weight: 203.7, on plan
Day 02 = (-1.1) = 03.1 lbs lost. Current Weight: 202.6, b,l,s on plan, d- off plan
Day 03 = (+1.1) = 02.0 lbs lost. Current Weight: 203.7, off plan today

Love you too Honey.. Your meals sounds so yummy all the time.. That is one thing I really love about this diet.. when my tummy is in a good mood I can eat what I want.. Yay.. This is the best plan.. all be it hard to fallow.. hunger and my binging tends to keep me from just sticking to it.. uuugh.. but we will get there!!! Twisted Evil

I ended up losing 3.5 pounds for the week (last Wed. to this Wed.) Basically, I did two 7 bite meals and one 5 bite snack on Mon.-Thurs. Friday a 7 bite lunch, then on Friday night I had a cheat meal and then on Sat. & Sun. cheat meals for lunch and dinner. I'm going to try this again...Wed. to Wed. and see if this approach will hold. If I can lose 3 pounds a week...that would be 12 for a month and at this point I'll take it b/c this is something I can actually stick with. If it doesn't hold for a another at least 3 pound loss by next Wed. I'll have to reevaluate.

s- 5 bites packaged cheese and crackers

Thank you everyone so much for your encouragement. I'm so stressed out I just can't seem to pull myself together and pinpoint how to pull myself together if that makes any sense. But I'm still here, y'all...hanging by a thread, but I'm still here!

This was a terrible day:

I simply must get myself under control....somehow.
