Today weight 133 and goal to get 125, came from 150 , now stuck at 133

You'll get there. Just keep pushing forward. Unfortunately I don't have much experience with long stalls. Maybe someone *out there* will provide some. I am rooting for you though and welcome back.

Well, I don't know if what I'm going through is a stall, but I can't seem to do what I need to do to get where I need to be. It would be different if I were being good and doing everything right and not getting results. Is that what's happening for you? Whatever it is, I hope you get passed it soon! : ))))

today weigh in 140 goin backwards ughghg, may be cause of 3 beers and 1 glass wine only had 3 bits all day and did hot yoga,
but goin weigh in a week again , dont have too much time but my problem is alchol not food that gains come from, enjoy having few drinks in evening everynight with hubby, but also doing hot yoga daily 90mins food intake is low , will test it again without alchol, c if any change next week (

I drink every night...I think we have determined that exercise can be a problem on this diet...

Hmmm 3 beers 400 cals and 1 wine..200.. 600 cals with a little to no food .. empty calories.. maybe you should have 10 bites of food all day and 1 coctail.. see how that works for you.. also when you are stressing about losing weight you will release cortisol which is a fat storing hormone.. so working out and forcing your body to lose will not always work..
Deep breath and just stick to the plan.. 5 bites lunch and dinner.. 1 drink.. try it.. Cheers

so tommorw will be doing 7 day challenge with sprying, and will post my starting weight friday morning , i really want this to work i will weigh in everymorning and post it. I'm scared to weigh myself don't know what #

The scale will be your new best friend on this diet if you can be consistent with your eating. You can do it! : )))))) We're in this together!!!!

No worries.. get back up and on with it.. you can do this.. if its to hard up your bites.. I do 10 bites breakfast, 10 lunch and 10 dinner and I lose.. not as fast I guess but still works.. 30 bites keeps me with it.. maybe you need 15 bites.. 5 Breakfast 5 lunch and 5 dinner?? find your rythm and shine!!

Salty food will do it! Try to drink a lot of extra water when you eat a salty meal on top of your 64 oz. that you should be getting daily. : ))))))
