20 Day Streak Challenge----Who's in???????

Hurray, we're all losing!!!

I have a long weekend mini-vacation this weekend also. We're spending the weekend at mom-in-law's, with a 5K race on Saturday, plus we have a party to attend on Sunday. I'm going to take my food scale to mom-in-law's (but not to the party!) and hope to stick to my calorie limit over the long weekend. I will have my phone with my calorie counter app with me, so hopefully can estimate calories while at the party.

Day 8 - 172

TOM water weight is leaving, I know I can't keep up the 1 lb/day loss, but I'm happy to see it go. Looking forward to the 160s again, and hopefully will say goodbye to the 170s forever. I'll try to remember that and stay focused over the weekend. Good luck to everyone over the weekend!

All Im in a full out flar again.. in so much tummy pain.. fully bloated and well just plain unhappy with the pain .. Tomorrow I will return to the liquid diet again.. uuug.. just till I feel better.. a loss can still come if I am carefull.. but more over I am just going to work on my health... I really have to stop eating wheat.. it seams to hate me also.. uugh.. sorry for pouting will try to get in a better frame for tomorrow.. Yehaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

I did not weight myself yesterday, but this morning I weighed in at 191.4 so I'm not gaining but I'm not really losing either as of yet. I started at 191.6 and I'm at 191.4 so that's .2lb loss but on monday I had loss 1.2 I believe. I have not exercised since last thursday until yesterday and my muscles like to hold water so we will see monday if I've lost anything. I was hoping by the end of just to be 180 but I just don't see that happening right now, I mean ,it could happen but at least I've lost weight right. I'm no longer 211.

Hopefully I can lose 8lbs in the next 8 days to have lost at least 10lbs on this challenge. Trust me I know I'm losing weight I'm fitting into clothes I could never fit in before and my hips are shrinking.

Snow white LOOK AT YOU GIRL!!!! You will be in the 170's in a day or so.. Keep up the good work.

Insanity your awesome with your work out and diet. I try to stay on my exercise plan and keep my calories at 600 so even if I eat 900 I exercise the other 300 off and I'm still losing and so are you.. Awesome job, enjoy your weekend.

Debbie I hate you have to deal with all these tummy problems, it sucks I know. I hope that you are able to get back on track and the tummy pain goes away.

Kim I eat breakfast if I'm hungry for it and with skip lunch or dinner depending on how I feel. I stop eating dinner by 5 anyway so if I eat breakfast I may split the calories or bites (i find it easier to count calories than bites). I use the calories of 2 snickers bars and keep my calories at that. Your doing an awesome job on the diet. Keep up the great work.

As for my dd she is home in a lot of pain, evidently when the scabs fall off it's the most painful time so she's had to be on the morphine today to help with the pain.

Now that sucks! But I was down to 181.0 at one point and I know I can get back there and keep on going! I am going to push H-A-R-D to the end of this challenge and see what I can do! It sure hasn't been the streak I wanted this time. But that's the thing with this diet, if you just do it, it works and works very fast and very well! I guess I just still after all this time really don't have my mindset right yet, but I'm not giving up, forge ahead mighty warriors!

I ended my personal 30 day challenge today with OK results. I had some minor issues, but all in all it went well. I had a total loss for the 30 days of 24.6 lbs. I will be on maintenance for awhile then go on another self imposed 30 challenge. I really need a break. HA!!! BTW a special thanks to Snow White for her support and anyone that posted there anonymously. I just kept focused day by day. I kept to as close to Zero Carb as I could. It really helps with the cravings. I also substituted some meals with Bulletproof Coffee.

David Congrats on the loss. I sometimes envy men, well most of the time you guys have such fast metabolism that it sucks for us women. Great job though. Maybe I will try no carb thing when I fast next month.
