Hi all, it's been a WHILE!!! I hope everyone has been doing great. I fell of the wagon and have decided to start over, so I'm doing it in style, new topic, new colour and all, hahahaha. I don't want to go into 2015 still overweight, and setting more pointless new years goals. I'd rather just get it over and done with now, and enjoy my new body in 2015, instead of pining for one then.

It's Sunday afternoon here, and I've already eaten today, so I will be starting fresh tomorrow. I'll also weigh myself tomorrow morning to see where I'm beginning, AGAIN.

So here's to tomorrow, starting over, and reaching every weight goal I've set for myself now in 2014. Thank you all for checking in on my previous journal, even when I had gone AWOL!

Thank you all. I'm really glad I'm back too. Had a good first day, hunger wasn't too bad.

So, here are my new stats, minus my height - nothing new there, haven't grown any taller unfortunately  Laughing

Height: 4'11
SW: 62,7kg
CW:
Weight lost so far:
GW: 41,5kg (according to Dr.Lewis' site - which I'm very happy about)

Breakfast: Green tea with hoodia
Lunch: 4 bites smoked chicken vienna sandwich, 1 bite peanut butter
Supper: 5 bites mung bean curry and rice
Total bites: 10  cheers

Day 2 done. Was a little bit tough today, was super hungry and had a few extra bites, but managed to stop myself from going overboard. Lost a tiny little bit, but at least it's going in the right direction. Still waiting for a bowel movement though, nothing yesterday or today (TMI)  Shocked  Laughing

Lunch: 5 bites oat bran, honey and peanut butter

Sounds like a pretty good day! 12/10 bites is in a great direction and will still provide results, I'm sure! Diluted bouillon is great for curbing the hunger, and from a post I saw on these boards, so is simply adding spices to warm water (less calories than bouillon).

Ok so the weight loss is a lot slower this time around, but I'm still grateful it's going down and not up.
Today was a little tough, my emotions have been all over the place, and I ate a few too many bites, but nothing too hectic. So we'll just see how tomorrow's weigh in will be.
Although, my bites are considerably smaller than they were yesterday, but they could still use some improvement.

This sounds like a great day (smaller bites = less food)! And duck chop suey...that sounds awesome! I've found listening to nature sounds to be very calming when stressed. You can find videos on youtube (river sounds, ocean sounds, bird sounds, etc).

You are doing so great. I know you can do this. I have to eat breakfast or I get out of sorts. I added it back in keeping my bites to 11 and it looks like it is going to work for me. I am so proud of you for keeping it going! bounce

Thanks for the support ladies. I actually had a rough few days ending last week, and had way more than 10 bites. But I'm glad it didn't affect my weight too much.

Today was much better. My bite size is improving, even though I'm still having 15 bites in total. But I'm just going to take each day as it comes, and set my absolute limit to 15. I'm just glad I'm still counting. I think I need to up my water intake, which I'm hoping will make having less bites easier.

I just wanted to let you know I was just requested to go and visit family as one family member is not doing well. My daughter and I are on our way right away. I should be home in the next weeks then I have to finish packing for our new home move. I will only be on line from time to time as I will not be home.
