...A slight gain, but I'm not going to let that get me down. I know if I stay true, the weight will disappear. Also, I have my period and I am constipated. I just took a water pill to help with the bloat. I'm considering an enema later if I have any in my cabinet.

Girl u r doing great, my water goes up and down 2.. That's why I don't take the scales 2 serious ( probably why I gained weight LOL) but I just try 2 do my best and keep on going! I love food 2... Could eat my self sick if I don't watch myself! I was at my highest weight ever Xmas , an decided that my health was more important than food.

This is not shaping up to be a great week...but I'm going to hang in there...eventually this period will stop and I will be able to go to the bathroom on my own! I did use an enema last night b/c I was just in so much pain. I'm going to take a water pill right now.

Do you ever forget to post your food and then later have a hard time remembering what you ate? That's what the doctor talks about in the book...about the food being so unimportant that we can't even remember it the next day...so why is it so important when we are caught up in the moment? I was just looking into what diets help you lose and also help to ensure you do not regain buy shrinking your stomache with portion control.. Weight Watchers comes out on top.. I thought for sure they woudl say Atkins..lol.. Nope.. the shame is they say that fasting or starvation diet work well but almost always do not keep the weight off.. lol.

is there really a diet that does that..lol.. hmmm Shocked lol

If can just even hold the 195.8, that will be an even 15 pounds lost in 21 days...not bad for being on a 9 day long period that just won't end!!!! I'm calling the doctor on Monday to see if I can get an appointment to figure out what is going on. I lost my voice on Thursday and went to the doctor and found I have a sinus & ear infection. I'm on meds now, but not using that as an excuse to go off plan. So, now I guess it's off to the other doctor to try to stop this terrible bleeding and it's still not even time for my period! Okay, I'm cool with this...I've been sick and off plan for 3 solid days and I'm talking about no restraint whatsoever...when I'm sick, I'm a baby and I just want stuff myself until I feel better! I am still bleeding and retaining a lot of water and waste...supposed to get a new meds today to stop the bleeding, but my eating is back on track!!!!
